Condo de luxe au dernier étage, 3 chambres, Disney 10 minutes, mis à jour en octobre 2018

Ce condo de luxe climatisé de 3 chambres, au dernier étage (accès par ascenseur) est à 15 minutes de Disney et est situé dans une communauté fermée sécurisée. Il est idéal pour les familles (lit bébé, poussette, chaise haute disponibles sur demande). Récemment décoré et rénové (y compris les nouveaux sols et tapis carrelés, les appareils de cuisine et les meubles) font de ce condo un véritable «chez soi»

expérience. Nouvelle climatisation et portier sans clé installés en août 2016, nouveaux meubles de salon, lumières et ventilateurs de télécommande installés, balcon amélioré avec écran, nouvel éclairage et sols carrelés juillet 2018

Les résidents ont également accès à une piscine commune, une salle de sport, un jacuzzi, un terrain de volley-ball, un club-house et une salle de jeux - tous inclus dans le prix!

Dormir 6 personnes confortablement, ce condo a une chambre principale avec dressing et salle de bain attenante, plus deux chambres supplémentaires (toutes avec leur propre télévision) et une salle de bain familiale. Le spacieux salon et salle à manger décloisonné, la cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et une buanderie séparée (avec laveuse et sécheuse) complètent la maison.

Tout le linge de lit, les serviettes de bain et de piscine sont fournis, ainsi que la télévision par câble et l'accès Internet WiFi.

The apartment was as described fully equipped with kitchen utensils the only thing was the lightening in the kitchen above the stove area could have been better what made it worse was the fact that the lights under the microwave didn't work but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone

Excellent Stay

The condo was so clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a great layout for our family. Communication with Neil was extremely easy and we had zero issues during our stay. So much quieter than a hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to friends and family who are visiting the area.

Great apartment and location

We spent 10 days in Orlando with our grandson, parents and grandparents over Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023. It was a great time and an excellent central apartment. Everyone had their own bed- and bathroom.

Great condo, great owners!

Condo was so clean and quiet! Bed was comfy and Neil communicated frequently with us. Condo is right across from clubhouse so there was easy access to pool and treadmills. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay for a family vacation

Wonderful stay

Our stay was fantastic. We chose to stay here because we had planned to do a couple of days at disney. The location was great probably a 20 min drive from place to disney. Easy access to grocery store and restraunts. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Liked the fact that it was in a gated community. Neil was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great starting point to visit the theme parks

The apartment was really nice and clean. Everything was there, it was a great location. In the condo is a pool which my kids enjoyed. The communication with the owner / caretaker was good, everything works very well.

Very Enjoyable

We have stayed in this condo for three years during the month of February and it has always been fantastic. Any issues has always been resolved very quickly by the property manager.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet apartment! My husband and I had stayed here before around Christmas, so we were happy to stay again with our friends in this very nice vacation getaway. The owners are great at communicating and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is in a great location for all of Orlando’s attractions. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay!

Great property, great experience!

This rental was exactly as described, in a safe location and friendly location, and everything we needed was considered and accounted for. Communications with the property owner were timely, effective, and super helpful. I also enjoyed meeting some of the other area residents. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Best Terrace ridge stay

Very nice property especially for seniors. Quiet. Most of the residents are older and there are are many return guests. The condo itself is really beautiful decorated with beach motif and well kept. Would definitely recommend. Very responsive owner

Home away from home

Amazing place to stay. Very clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Large kitchen. Lots of storage if needed. Plenty of towels and hangars! Close to Disney World, grocery stores and restaurants. Owners were awesome to work with. Will definitely book again!!
