The Space:

Escape to the West Sussex countryside and discover this unique, recently-remodelled showman’s carriage. While it may appear small in size, it offers everything you could need for a care-free and relaxing stay.



Named "One Way Round", the carriage is vibrant and cleverly designed throughout, with the living/dining area easily converted into a second bedroom. The compact kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals or beach picnics and the shower room is surprisingly spacious.



There is plenty of outdoor space, with seating in front of the carriage for your morning coffee or evening drink. You also have your very own covered, outdoor dining space, with BBQ and fire pit to enjoy long alfresco evenings.

With vibrant wallpaper, pops of colour and vintage touches, the carriage's main living space is playful but practical. For additional guests, the room quickly changes into an additional sleeping space should you need it for a third guest.

POOL ★



Guests can book private use of the heated seasonal swimming pool, open from May to September, for an additional charge.

The pool is shared between three holiday properties. To ensure each group has privacy and exclusive use during their swim, the pool is available to book in private 3-hour slots from 9am–12pm or 3pm–6pm. Private pool sessions are charged at £75 per 3-hour slot and are subject to availability.

The pool is not included as part of your stay.



*Please note, there are several caravan pitches on site, as well as another renovated carriage. Caravan camping is in a field beyond the carriage and does not overlook the showman's carriage, nor the other accommodation.



Guest Access:

The remodelled carriage is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.
