Cette belle maison est très proche de Montana Ave. boutiques, excellents restaurants et la plage est à 5 minutes en voiture !! Qu'est ce qui est proche? Centre-ville de Santa Monica, plage de Venise, Malibu, Mart Country Brentwood, Santa Monica Pier et bien plus encore! C'est un quartier familial. De nombreuses écoles sont autour de la zone. La maison est polie et très bien entretenue. Aucune fête ou rassemblement autorisé. Vous cherchez à accueillir des gens sympathiques, prévenants et propres.
il y a une chambre supplémentaire a un lit queen pour 2 personnes et salle de bain privée. sur votre demande pour la 4ème chambre il y aura un coût de 300 $. 00 supplémentaire par nuit pour la 4ème chambre.

Location, location, location!

Great gathering place and we walked everywhere: even to restaurants at night. We had plenty of space to gather or to be separate. We would stay again!

Fabulous Location

House is huge. Location was unbeatable, especially how close it is to Montana Avenue. Loved the pool and utilized it often.

Excellent location! Perfect for our family of 7!

Fantastic hosts, fantastic property, location could not be any better. It was a quick drive from LAX, less than a mile to the beach and walking distance to grocery, shops and restaurants. Pool was perfect temp and size for our children. We fully enjoyed our stay!! I would highly recommend and hope to book again for next year!!

The Sweet Life In Santa Monica

A beautiful home looked after by a lovely lady. The back yard is so inviting and the pool can be heated which was perfect for swimming on colder days.

Great location, beautiful house, great hosts

My friends and I had a terrific experience at this property. The house was beautiful, the location ideal (next to a number of great restaurants & grocery stores in Santa Monica), and the hosts responsive and attentive with all accommodations. The hosts were helpful and communicative before and during the stay, while not being overbearing at the property. I would highly recommend this house if you’re in town!

A great home for an extended family visit

This beautiful home was a great location for our group of 8 adults and 2 small children. The home and yard are both spacious and beautiful. Sisi was a responsive host. Highly recommended.

Sima and her family were very pleasant and helpful with all our needs. The home was very comfortable with everything you needed. The location of the property was perfect as well. I will definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to everyone. :-)

Wedding Celebration

A wonderful, spacious and comfortable home for our family to stay while attending our daughter's wedding. The indoor and outdoor areas were all used, and we also enjoyed exploring the local area. The host was very attentive. Would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday.

Beautiful Venue

The stunning pictures accurately reflected the physical reality. Upscale neighborhood and adequate street parking. Bedrooms and bathrooms plentiful and comfortable. Unavailable W/D which seemed unusual, but host was responsive in drying towels. The backyard and pool were exceptional.

Backyard Oasis

Manager was very responsive and accommodating. Santa Monica rental rules are a little odd in that the require the owner to be present for short term rentals but after a very through introduction we only saw her when we had a question. Walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants and a great backyard to come home to!

Beautiful house in Santa Monica

Sima was a wonderful host, and the house, with pool, hottub and big outdoor entertaining area was a terrific place for our several week stay. The kitchen was better equipped than most small restaurants, and the bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. And there were TV's everywhere, something we really need when away. The Santa Monica area and Montana avenue shopping were close by. Bring a helmet and ride the Bird scooters everywhere in SM, and you're minutes from anyplace.

Beautiful home in a wonderful Santa Monica neighborhood

My family of five stayed in Sima's gorgeous home during Thanksgiving week and enjoyed every minute. The neighborhood is beautiful and is in walking distance to several groceries and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for dining in. Though the weather was too cool for swimming, we were able to spend time enjoying the ambiance of the grounds. Sima always responded to questions quickly and professionally. I highly recommend her home and am looking forward to returning!

Spacious and Well-Kept Home!

Sima was a wonderful host, and the house was great. There is so much common space, and it was very clean. The only reason we took one star off is because all of the beds were very very firm, we weren’t able to use the gas fireplaces in or outdoor, the hottub was extra to turn on, and we had to request special access to a locked laundry closet. Otherwise, Sima was a great host!

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that we are only hearing about these issues now. You had made the reservation for your mother and none of these issues were brought up during the stay or we would have quickly taken care of any issues that had arisen. When your mother did request the use of the laundry machines we promptly gave her access and the clothes were washed and folded. There was also a great deal of rain during the weekend and when your mother requested an umbrella we promptly provided them. We even took the time to drive your mother to the grocery store so that she may do her grocery shopping. Upon her departure she indicted that she was very pleased with her stay and looked forward to coming back. We are glad she had a wonderful time in our home.

Magical stay!

Our family had an incredible stay in this beautiful home! We had a extended family come in from different parts of the country and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The house was supplied with everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. And the outside!!!! What a magical space - we loved having multiple areas where people could gather, eat, talk, and swim. The whole house was clean and comfortable. And the location was great! Close to a small grocery, and walking distance to great stores, restaurants and the beach. Best of all Sima was wonderful and very easy to connect with. She made sure we had all of the information for check in and that everything was going well for our stay. Thank you!!!

The primary suite was locked, not to be used which I had no idea. The only king bed was not ensuite. The bathroom next to it was more of a powder room with a shower, no counter space and no natural light. Even with the lights on it was dark. The king bedroom had a light that would go on and off outside the window throughout the night. The neighborhood was great. We paid extra to heat the pool but unfortunately the hot tub which we wanted at 100 degrees went into the pool which became 100 degrees, a bit too hot. Sisi was a nice host but we were not allowed to do our own laundry. She washed our clothes for us twice in a 5 day stay.

Nice house but I think we took them by surprise

They didn't seem quite ready for rentals. The house is definitely occupied. The pool was not clean for our arrival even though we were paying extra to heat it. Be weary of the so called washer and dryer provided. In the small print you have to request the use of the laundry because they actually reside in a separate apartment attached to the house, which is occupied. I think they said that if we HAD requested it, the woman living there would do the laundry for us. Not sure about that. Needless to say we had no laundry machines as advertised. Wash, dry and fold was expensive but easy so that was not the end of the world.

Hello Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that your stay does not seem to have met your expectations. Many of the issues you Have brought up are clearly explained in the description of the home. Regarding the pool, the pool was heated at your request. Due to the severe weather and an emergency by the pool man, he was unable to clean the pool until the day after your party arrived. This was an unforeseen situation but was resolved the following day. We encourage you to read the property descriptions thoroughly.

Great Property & Grandiose Spacious House -4.7-4.8 rating

Home is very big & comfortable & area where this home is located is great. Owner is responsible & responsive. We give this property a high 4 - maybe a 4.7 or 4.8 & not a 5 because there are a few things a bit atypical - but all detailed in the listing - not anything done in a non-transparent way: 1) The back yard & pool are magnificent- but they charge a fee to heat the pool - unusual for this price of VRBO rental. 2) The washer /dryer are in the basement which we did not have access to - one needs to arrange washing drying with the owner - she tries to accommodate but usually access to a washer dryer, whether day or night, are part of the house rental. 3) It is a Santa Monica by-law that the owner must live at the VRBO property. The owner living in the house is a first for us when renting VRBO. To be clear - the owner has their own separate basement entry - the house itself was private from where the owner entered. These issues are in the VRBO description but we did not pick up on these anomalies because we never had these situations in past VRBO rentals. We also had a few maintenance issues - pool could not be heated because a part broke. Dishwasher stopped working on Thursday so we washed a few dishes by hand. One bedroom TV (mine) was inoperable because the Roku jack was inaccessible w/o removing the TV from the wall.. But overall- great property, great area, & good owner.

I am sorry that you don’t realize and read my description truly. My description is very clear. Not all the rules and regulations are the same with Vrbo properties. Next time you need to read the description truly. Before you submit your reservation I always screen call my guest just to be sure they understand my description. When I talked to you on the phone you assured me you read and you understood. I wish you would have told us as soon as you had experienced problems with tv and dishwasher. They were very easy to fix. We always try to fix issues asap. Except the pool which we found out after you requested to be heated up. The rain had created an issue with the pool heater. We called our pool man the next morning. He was not able to come the same day. I hope you had a good experience and enjoyed your stay.

Great Multi-Generational Lodging Spot

Very spacious property with many areas for gathering. Large Kitchen with room for many to cook together. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom, which is a big plus. Large outdoor area as well.

Lovely home with stunning outside space in fab location

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely property. The property is situated in a fabulous location just off Montana which has some beautiful shops, eateries and good food shopping available. The house itself is incredibly spacious and offers great accommodation for a group of friends or families to enjoy. The real highlight for us was the outside space which was just gorgeous! And so huge! Lovely areas to laze about in plus seating areas to eat in an evening. The added bonus of course is the lovely pool which was a delight to enjoy with the weather being so warm. Sisi, the host, was fabulous from start to finish and was always on hand if we needed anything. Her amazing team who help out were also really wonderful and could not have been anymore helpful. Overall, a wonderful property in a fabulous location. Thank you so much for having us.
