We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Well appointed and clean. Layout nice with most bedrooms on first floor. Quiet neighborhood but close to Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney shopping district. House is equipped with puzzles and a piano which my 90-yr old mother loved! We had fun playing ping pong and enjoying the outside decks. We will be back!The Bissell Family

First, the host was a great communicator before and during the visit. Second, we got more than we expected. Short ride to the beach on the bikes. Cute neighborhood with easy walking access to almost everything you need. Great hangout space upstairs for the whole family and extremely comfortable beds. The primary bedroom upstairs is amazing.The kitchen was well stocked for feeding 9 people, between a long weekend of wedding activities. We loved it.

Fantastic property for a big family/group. Great location, loved Boulevard Coffee - it was worth the wait on busy mornings. Appreciate easy communication with Phillip and loved all the local recommendations. There was even a beautiful vase of gladiolus’ to greet us when we checked in!

Wonderful house and great location! Had a long weekend with a group of friends in LA, and this house fit everything we needed. 5 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. Philip was very communicative and accommodating, and even let us check in early! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The one minor aside was that some of the bedrooms on the first floor got a little warm in the middle of the night, but manageable.

Cooperative host who was very quick to respond. Home is located in a great neighborhood,quiet and safe. Beach chairs, boogy boards, beach umbrella, and surf boards were provided and much appreciated. The distance to the beach is indeed walkable, however, it is an impossible trudge to make attempting to carry the provided beach equipment. We were required to use the public beach parking to get our gear to the beach. Parking during the week is reasonable, weekends, not so much. Kitchen is well equiped and we used it daily. Bathrooms are excellent, but more bathroom and especially beach towels would be appreciated. Parking can be iffy. It would be nice if the neighbors respected the driveway opening in front of the house. The house is comfy and very livable. Would love to return.

Phillip, our host, was exceptional! The house for our three family holiday event was perfect - clean, spacious and short walk to the canals and the beach as well as a quick arrival and departure from LAX. You will not be disappointed with this home.

Beautiful home, great location, ample parking. Unfortunately we were surprised to find the downstairs (where all bedrooms but the master are) did not have functioning air conditioning. Host informed me that only the upstairs had A/C. This significantly impacted our stay, but to the host’s credit he did make it right. I’d just suggest updating the listing to reflect no A/C downstairs to avoid future surprises.

Exploring the area, onfoot and by car, from this location is as easy as it gets and the house is large, comfortable and tastefully decorated with everything you need for an effortless stay.

Beautiful house in a great location. Place was large enough for 8 ppl and the ping pong table and piano was great for the kids. Love it and Philip was very responsive.
