Charming villa with a private pool in San Miguel de Abona, set within a working agricultural estate and surrounded by nature. With sea views from its spacious terrace, it offers peace and comfort just a short distance from the beaches in the south and only 500 metres from the Castle of San Miguel.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, with a cot and highchair available. It has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, plus two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is also a second full bathroom.

The property features a spacious, bright living room with a sofa and 65-inch Smart TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a separate utility room. Outside, guests can enjoy a large terrace with a barbecue, a private swimming pool and an area for sunbathing.

Facilities include an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, standing fan, 50 Mbps fibre-optic Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen. The villa also has stairs leading to an attic and a maximum of two outdoor parking spaces.

As the accommodation is located on a working agricultural estate, staff may be carrying out routine maintenance and tending to the crops during the mornings. The gardener works in the outdoor areas on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.

For safety and legal compliance, only guests included in the booking and officially registered on the guest registration form may enter or stay at the property. Visitors and additional unregistered guests are not permitted.
