Unité d'extrémité 3BR Gulf Crest !!!! 10 couchages !! Comprend des chaises de plage!

Une vue imprenable sera la vĂŽtre dĂšs que vous entrez dans ce condo Gulf Crest du 16e Ă©tage. Il a des fenĂȘtres tout autour de l'appartement avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an.

Cette unité est une unité de coin trÚs spacieuse de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec un balcon qui entoure l'unité entiÚre. Pas beaucoup de 3 chambres à Panama City Beach ont un balcon aussi grand. Cette unité est à l'extrémité ouest du bùtiment, donc les vues du coucher du soleil sont incroyables.

La chambre principale est située directement sur l'eau et a accÚs au balcon. Il a un lit king size et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

La 2Ăšme chambre dispose Ă©galement d'un lit king-size et d'un accĂšs au balcon Ă©galement.

La 3Ăšme chambre a un lit queen et a Ă©galement accĂšs au balcon.

Toutes les chambres ont un accÚs au balcon et toutes les chambres ont une télévision.

Le salon a un canapé-lit qui peut se transformer en lit.

Le complexe Gulf Crest est situé sur Thomas Dirve, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et attractions. C'est prÚs de St. Andrews est à proximité à Captain Andersons Marina.

The view was great from the balcony. The view inside was different. One tv didn’t work at all the living room tv was a pain to get to work every time it was turned on. A vacuum would have been nice to keep the sand picked up instead of moving it all around the condo.

We have stayed on this unit several times. It is always clean on arrival. There was an issue with the dryer that was addressed on a timely manner. There was one bedroom that did not have a roku or fire stick to operate the non smart tv. Overall, the stay was great. We'll be back next year.

This was our 3rd year staying at Gulf Crest at different rooms each year. Unfortunately this room needs lots of upgrades. The kitchen was stocked will very low value kitchenware and very limited. Beach view is amazing from large balcony.

We suspected Bed Bugs and was assured that we were all good. Not the case! Kids got all bit up and we killed one and put it in a plastic bag. When we got home an exterminator confirmed it was indeed a Bed Bug and our Physician said the bites certainly looked like Bed Bug bites to him. Now home dealing with a mess. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare for us. Tried to tell us it could be sand fleas, but we travel enough to know that was not the case. Never had to deal with a situation like this in all our years traveling across the US or abroad. Requesting a full refund for the lack of responsibility not taken by the people in charge of renting this unit. It was truly unfair to us. My 20 year old wants to post the pictures we took of the Bed Bug we found and the bites on them on every social media out there to inform people of this negligence!!!

Beautiful wrap around porch and great pools. Early check in was great! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattress on queen bed was terrible and the pots and pans were not big enough to cook for 9 people. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. If they could replace the queen bed we would definitely book again. Sunset view was amazing.

First time at PCB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super spacious! I absolutely loved the wrap around balcony! Views were BEAUTIFUL!!! The location was good, far enough for the busy areas, but close enough to take a short drive. Only thing that concerned me, was the door lock system- it wouldn’t lock from the outside- so leaving during the day and or night, with the door unlocked was nerve wracking. However, with the gated entry- I was okay. Overall, I would stay here again!

This unit is dated, but very nice and comfortable. The views are unmatched, beach, sun, sunsets, amazing. We did have some issues with checkin, some issues with appliances, but everything worked out fine. Would definitely stay again.

Great week at the beach

Condo is perfect location and great views. Condo could use some TLC in a few areas but overall in good condition. Very well stocked cabinets and beach supplies. Will be back again!

Vacation Rental

We loved this property! The wraparound balcony was amazing, we had some great sunsets, we saw from the balcony, dolphins, sea turtles, fish, and other aquatic life swimming around. We also visited many of the attractions as we had a large group (11 people) with different ages.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at GC only, we always get a 3 bedroom, I will share my thoughts on this particular unit. When we arrived the door was unlocked but we were able to settle in ok. This entire unit needs updates, like new furniture, paint, and washer/dryer. Too many things to list but I expected better considering the price. Spend about 10k and it would be in tip top shape. Be sure they clean all the mold in the bathrooms and kitchen. We did have plenty of silverware pots and pans etc to cook with. The TV is Roku but luckily we like westerns. The view is wonderful as always and we had a great time but I would only pick this unit again if there was nothing else available.

The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The kitchen is roomy. The elevator was quick no long wait for the 16th floor. Pool and hot tubs are nice and right on the beach . It’s needs a deep clean and update . Bathtubs have mold around the shower doors, fridge has liquid under the shelf that needs to be cleaned. The dryer is about to quit. Need to update pots n pans. Need more towels. Dust in corners and baseboards. Dresser broken.p couch 142 Skyline Ct chai needs cleaning . I asked about the beach chairs and was told they don’t have them but found them later in the week. I read the reviews and brought cleaning supplies and used them. Management was quick to respond and friendly but wasnt really familiar with this unit. Wi-Fi instructions for the unit didn’t work ( hoping it was stronger) was able to use the communal WiFi. This unit has so much more potential.

Gulf Crest is wonderful condo, but the condition of the units differ.

This was our 5th stay at Gulf Crest Condos, sometimes for a week with family and twice for a 4-6 week stay for my husband and me. The condo and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We have always been very happy with the units we have rented so we were excited to return last week. However, this unit was not up to our expectations. The unit needs attention, something we all have to address in our own homes through the years. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms need to be replaced. The beds were so uncomfortable that two adults in our family chose to sleep in the small cubby bunks rather than the beds. Some of the furniture and accessories are broken. The finish on the cabinetry is worn and peeling. The bathrooms are outdated and have numerous water stains and damage. The unit needs work. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.

As advertised, overall good stay

We’ve stayed in Gulf Crest yearly for maybe 5-6 years now. Despite cleaning until 4:00 on the nose, there was still dust hanging from ceilings and fans, floors were all very wet, so they tracked our first footsteps after taking off our shoes. Notable mold in the bathrooms Limited pans - made eggs and bacon in pots 9 total bath towels for our party of 10. The view was amazing - we’ve never stayed on the 16th floor (usually 5th-8th) Really pleased that the elevators were so fast! I don’t think we waited more than once or twice. We’ll be looking forward to a different 3 bedroom unit in the future, but we really appreciate the availability of this unit at short notice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Gulf Crest multiple times. The views are spectacular! It served it's purpose and we enjoyed our stay after we did some cleaning. I would be nice to have access to these supplies instead of having to buy them on your own. The pools, hot tubs and beach were great and it was nice having the two beach chairs included. The Tiki hut was open this year so it was great to have this option for food and drinks. However, if I were the owner, I would be highly upset with the cleanliness of the condo. It is in serious need of a good deep cleaning. Cooking supplies less than desirable. The fridge/freezer had a terrible seafood smell that caused the whole place to smell. No matter how much we cleaned (there was nasty liquid in bottom of fridge under drawer) or how many baking soda boxes we put in, we couldn't get it to go away.
