Bienvenue dans notre magnifique appartement de 31m2 pour 4 personnes, idéalement situé au cœur du quartier du Marais, à deux pas de la Place des Vosges.
Une expérience de voyage exceptionnelle au cœur du quartier historique et recherché du Marais.

La situation géographique de l'appartement vous permettra de vous déplacer très facilement et rapidement dans toute la capitale grâce aux nombreuses possibilités de transports en commun :
- Métro : Saint Sébastien Froissart (ligne 8) à 4 minutes à pied
- Métro : Richard Lenoir (ligne 5) à 6 minutes à pied

The location is fantastic and the unit was left clean and ready for us. We enjoyed the neighborhood and were happy to be in Paris and enjoyed our stay. The ad on VRBO advertised a "king size" bed which is not true. It was fine to have a smaller bed, but the larger bed was one reason we chose the unit. The lights in the hallway of the complex do not work so it was pitch black walking up 5 flights of stairs. One of the fans was broken and the Nespresso needs repair. I reached out to the management company several times without a response during our stay. I thought that was unusual since this is the hospitality business.

We arrived at what we thought was the address for the room. Only to find out that the address was for the key box for the place at a different address. Showed up 45 minutes after check in and the keys were not there. After an email with no response, a young lady shows up, gives us the key. I try to open the door and she informs us that this was not our room, but that we had to walk with our luggage about three streets and five minutes from there and then proceeds to walk. Walked there, hard to find.Turns out our room is on the fourth with no elevator. One of the couches is dirty and the other is broken. The stairs that lead up to the bedroom are filthy and a death trap. No railing and very steep with no light. We get to the bed and the ceiling above the head of the bed is just over six feet tall, but it slants down to under four feet, so whoever sleeps on that side of the bed has to bend down to get into it. Only one light upstairs total and two outlets. Almost fell down the stairs. Couldn’t find an actual house manual and the link to the virtual one didn’t work. It took them hours to get back to me.They never got back to me on how to use the tv or other appliances. They rarely got back to me at all and it was usually a different person every time. The bathroom may have been the worst part. It was a closet. You have to step up 18 inches to get into the two foot by three foot shower with a broken shower head, I had to use a clip to hold the shower head that trickled.

Accommodatie viel tegen, leek op een studentenkamer. Heel fel licht aan plafond. Meubels zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Er hangt een sierklok zonder wijzers, boven het bed hangt een lijst met het woord Life. Volgens mij zijn de andere woorden eraf gevallen. De douchekop kon je niet verstellen, viel er half af en water belandde naast de douche. Geen ventilatie in de badkamer. Bed lag wel lekker, appartement was wel goed schoongemaakt door de tussenpartij. Locatie was perfect! Was lekker stil ook snachts. Tip aan de eigenaar: maak het sfeervoller met wat knappe meubels of accessoires. Je merkt echt dat er niemand woont, typisch huurappartement.
