Joli 2 pièces avec vue au coeur du Marais confidentiel

Je vous attends dans ce merveilleux endroit, très clair avec une belle vue dégagée avec au bout de la rue la Seine. Cette belle rue au calme qui porte le nom de celui, comme dit la légende, qui inventa, l' école est situé au cœur du Marais et plus précisément à deux pas du quartier Saint Paul. Le métro le plus proche est Saint Paul ligne 1.
Au sein d'une très belle copropriété, cet appartement a été rénové avec un soin particulier alliant modernité et objets emprunts d'histoire.
La literie de la chambre à coucher ainsi que le lit escamotable du salon sont d'un grand confort et de grande qualité.
Tout sera au rendez-vous pour que votre séjour soit inoubliable. Il me tient à cœur de vous recevoir chez moi comme des invités que j'ai envie de choyer.

This is my second time to stay at this charming apartment that is in such an ideal location and so well equipped. Paul is an amazing host and such a pleasure to deal with. He has thought of everything one could possibly need and it makes for such a perfect stay! The location is amazing and close to two different metro stops, the bed is so comfortable (including the pull down bed!!), the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom has all the extras. I highly recommend this apartment to add to the magic of your trip to Paris!

This was a gem in the heart of Le Marais. Well serviced by public transport in a quiet neighbourhood. Paul was very kind and met us in person to let us in. The apartment was small but managed to fit everything we needed in without feeling cramped. Highly recommend

This location is close to some great restaurants. Walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. You’re probably going to want a cab or other mode of transport to the Eiffel Tower and that area. The place was very clean and Paul was very prompt with meeting my wife and daughter to hand the keys as i was delayed getting to town. It’s a bit tight spacewise for more than 2 people but that’s most any apartment in a big city like this. When we go back to Paris i will definitely consider staying here again. We went at a time of year that AC was a must and the portable AC worked but didn’t have a window mount so it wasn’t quite effective.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, walking distance to several good restaurants, metro, and attractions. The apartment was very clean. The shower was great. It was nice to have a washing machine and the kitchen had a nice coffee machine. Paul was a good host, meeting us at the apartment to explain things. Also, there is a small lift if needed for baggage.

Perfect size apartment for two. Located close to Metro, busses, Seine, shopping and cafes. There are a few stairs so guests with mobility issues could have difficulties. Paul is a nice host and very receptive to questions.

Having stayed many times in Paris I understand the types of properties that are common in Paris and to their locations. I have never stayed twice at the same place. That being said this apartment will be the only one I ever stay in again when visiting Paris and we are already looking forward to our next trip. Prior to booking any place I always look for any negative reviews. The concern for the apartment not having central air was not an issue with there being an effective high powered portable unit. The apartment is quietly tucked away one block from the vibrant Rue Rivoli and the colorful Marais with excellent restaurants, bakeries and groceries all within a couple of blocks. It is but one block from the Seine and one block from the metro. It is one the second floor with a splendidly old refinished staircase but with a small lift directly across the apartment hall. There was only the two of us and perhaps not the space for four adults but a couple with children would definitely work. Its a very secure and safe place with a locked door to the courtyard and a locked door to the stairway, Paul was tremendous with all communications via "what's ap" and was able to accommodate our changed plans for requiring more time in front of our stayed plan. I do so much searching when planning my stays hopefully I've helped you with your search. Enjoy!

We took our two teenagers to experience Paris for the first (but not last!) time and Paul greeted us at his lovely, centrally-located flat in the Marais. We were able to easily see so many spectacular sights (Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, even a croissant-making class...) with this wonderful "home base". We could not recommend staying here more highly and look forward to going back!

Location, location location!The apartment is superbly located in one of the nicest parts of Paris, and so convenient for hitting the sights.We were met on arrival and given a quick guide to the apartment, especially around using the drop down bed.It can be quite hard to find such accommodation in central Paris that sleeps 4 adults, and with the bed in the living room down for our stay, it was a little tight but still completely functional.A lift as well for bringing up our cases was a nice addition.Close to supermarkets and patisseries meant it was easy to grab fresh items daily. Very handy indeed.Would be very comfortable for a couple, but we had a lovely time as a family of 4 adults.Would stay here again most definitely.

The place was very clean and was a great location for shops, restaurants and metro. Paul was a great host and was very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. The place is small but perfect for 2 people. I would have liked some instructions for the coffee makers but many shops close by. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Paris.
