Updated 2 bed/ 2 bath Condo on the tantalizing 16th Hole at Palm Valley CC.

Settle in to this nicely updated and fully furnished Jacaranda model overlooking the 16th Fairway of the Championship course at the very popular Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert.

You'll be just steps away from the Pool and Hot Tub and a quick walk to the beautiful Clubhouse with Spa, Gym and 2 Restaurants.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom, which overlooks the golf course, features a King sized bed, flat screen TV and a remodeled en suite bath.

The front bedroom offers an extremely comfortable Queen size Murphy bed, large flat screen TV as well as it's own en suite bath. Raise the bed and turn this room into your exercise hideaway, den or card room.

The remodeled Kitchen features a dine in table and open views to the Dining room and Living room. Just outside the kitchen is your Private north facing Courtyard which includes a comfortable seating area and a built in BBQ Grill. The Living room has a large flat screen TV with Cable that you will enjoy from the plush sofa.

From your Patio, off the living room, you can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or a meal while watching golfers attempting to navigate the tricky par 4 16th hole.

Renter Beware

The owner was difficult from the beginning, and we should have trusted our instincts, and not rented from this owner. We have rented many condos at the same resort and had ZERO issues. We had serious issues with ants in the kitchen, and had some bites on our skin some mornings after awakening that were concerning. The owner intimated that we took or threw away a fitted sheet. We explained that we did not steal one bedsheet, and have zero reason to do so, yet he wrote that we did. And also had the nerve to say that perhaps the woman staying in the bed had her period and thus threw it away. Not only is it offensive to think we stole 1 sheet, but his remark was doubly offensive to a post-menopausal woman. We were also charged for a chipped plate, and other things that were not our fault. This owner will not believe you if you say that you didn't damage or steal things. If you want to be nickled and dimed to death, stay here. Take pics of everything!

Desert Gem

This is a great, fully equipped condo for a desert getaway. Palm Valley is a beautiful complex in a great location and the golf / amenity passes provided by the owner were an awesome bonus. We had a fantastic two week stay and would definitely recommend this rental to others looking for a relaxing holiday in the desert.

Great Property!

We loved this condo! Very clean. Absolutely everything you could possibly need in a kitchen was there. The pool and hot tub were only a couple of houses away and we used it nearly daily. Lovely sitting areas outside both on the golf side and the front of the condo. Golf courses in excellent condition. The only negatives to this property were the couch which is fairly uncomfortable and itchy. And the air conditioner was very noisy when running. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We would definitely visit again.

Great place with a wonderful view

Property is very well maintained. Owners are very helpful, and have provided just about anything you might need in the kitchen. Good towels, and even exercise mats, and pool towels. The check in was very easy. Love that the lock on the door was programmed with numbers that we would remember easily. Pool and hot tub only about 3 houses away. Love the walk in shower! No cleaning glass doors!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely attentive, the property has a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and it was impeccably clean. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Having visited the area for many years we knew that this was where we wanted to spend our retirement. There's so much to do and so much to see...and so many places to get a great meal!

We purchased this property in April of 2021 so we could share what we love with our family, friends and "new friends" like you. Whether your interests lie in Hiking, Biking, Photography, World class Shopping, or Dining you'll have access to all of it in this wonderful valley.

We hope you enjoy all that this beautiful area and more specifically Palm Valley Country Club has to offer.
