We really love the house. It’s perfect for our Christmas Gathering. It has a lot of rooms which is good for big group. The host responds quickly. Everything is worth it.

Beautiful and quiet house. My family and I had an amazing time here. The host provides a good amount of games to keep everyone occupied as well. Pros: The location, the host with responding quickly, Entertainment available (shuffle board, pool table, foosball, ect.), quiet and peaceful. Cons: The beds are hard and very noisy, by the end of the week our backs and shoulders were stiff. The house is definitely cleaner AFTER our stay. Alot of wear and tear that could use some TLC. Overall we enjoyed everything and would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed the house, however there was some details that should be included plus the check out was terrible. I’ve been renting houses since several years ago and I have never experience what I experienced on this property after the check out. First of all, there were limit supplies with 5 days staying. During the stayed we encountered the house has minors issues that we were not supposed to be attending such us leaks and running toilets. At the check out unfortunately we received a text message with false accusations that we broke a glass and shelf on the refrigerator. It’s very weird and concerning they sent you the picture after they finish cleaning the refrigerator, didn’t they supposed to send it before cleaning ?? On top of that , we received the complaint from the cleaning ladies that we left the house very messy? again there’s no pictures or proves about this and I’m very sure we left the house clean and organized as we usually do however that’s the reason we got charged almost 400 dollars for cleaning, they supposed to clean the house after it. If they want the renters to leave the house clean then they should provide cleaning supplies so we can leave the house very clean as they want to and no charge the cleaning fee. As a family the reason we went out for vacations it’s to enjoy and have a quiet time but instead this time it came with issues and false accusations with no properly proves. I would not recommend this house.

Great home, responsive host

Nearly everything about this stay was top-notch. Really the only issue was that the community amenities were not all available during these dates. In particular, the pool was not available until after Father's Day, and we feel it's important to clearly spell out in the listing if there are any limitations during the rental dates.

12 over 50 life long friends with spouses.

The heat failed during the last night we were there. The shuffleboard table is terrible and unusable . The pool table has a stain on it, but playable.

Long Weekend in the Mountains

Our stay was fantastic. Half of our group arrived Thursday, the other half arrived Friday. The location, amenities, and overall property was more than accommodative for our group needs. Spacious living area, wonderful kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms that allow comfort and privacy, not to mention a thriving outdoor section with a backyard, deck and patio underneath. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, however we did not let that keep us down. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Great trip

My teacher friends and I needed a much needed break. This space was great, we had 14 people stay comfortably. The dining room table was the perfect place for games and meals. It fit our entire group. The basement and the living room also fit everyone comfortably. I would highly suggest this space!

Towamensing Christmas House

This Christmas House getaway provided everything a large family needed to complete the holiday spirit. Plenty of bedrooms, dining areas and times for games and family fun! Linda our Host was always available, responsive and accommodating. We'll recommend this house to everyone!

Wonderful Christmas Weekend

We had a great stay! The house was cozy but room enough for 18 of us. The hosts even had a Christmas tree up. My 9 grandkids enjoyed the game room and we were able to prepare our early Christmas dinner and all eat around the ample table. The only downside was that the front porch was icy (it was very cold and had just snowed) and my son did take a fall but once we salted (salt bucket was available) the cement wasn’t too bad. The grounds were lovely and we all took an enjoyable walk. All in all a lovely weekend at a lovely home.

Overall great stay

Overall we had a great stay. Everyone had their own rooms and we had plenty of room to do what we wanted. Linda was a great host. The only complaint and what we felt was a violation of privacy was the camera they had over the hot tub that went off everytime you were in or around it. The description they gave said it was up high over looking the driveway which would have made sense but to be looking at people while they are in the hot tub or possibly doing something else is highly inappropriate.
