Perfect SKI getaway location; Minutes away from Camelback and close to Shawnee and Blue Mountain. Sitting on a lakefront property, the whole group will enjoy easy access from this centrally located place. Only 17 min from Camelback and 3 min from Kalahari Water Park. With an access to your own lake!

Each Bedroom has a PRIVATE bathroom w/ shower. With an additional 1/2 bathroom in common area + Loft.

This house was designed to accommodate large gathering, sleeping comfortably 14.

Let us know about your stay and ideal set up requirements, and we will do our best to set it up in the way that works for you.

PLEASE NOTE: 7th bedroom listed is a loft space with bunk bed, and NOT independent bedroom

The house has 3 floors. Each floor has 2 bedrooms with a PRIVATE bathroom per bedroom.

1st Floor has access to a Stone Patio Area with comfortable sitting, a Game Room that has has a gas fireplace, Foyer and 2 Bedrooms +2 Bathrooms.

- Each Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, that are designed to connect and
turn into a KING if need be!!!

2nd Floor: Access to the Deck with dining table, chairs, BBQ grill and comfortable sitting with a view to the lake; Access to Kitchen / Dining Room area (in a separate area, can be closed off), Great Room w/ wood burning fireplace, 2 Bedrooms +2.5 Bathrooms. Great room has a A SHAPE windows facing the lake, with access to the deck.

- Each Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, that are designed to connect and
turn into a KING if need be!!!

The community outdoor pool and beach are open weather permitting during summer. If you want to use the community amenities, you are required to fill the registration form and pay $25 to the community office. Then you can purchase activity day pass for $5 per person per day (or weekly pass at a slightly discounted rate) at the community office. Children under 12 years are free with paying adults. Water activities are at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

This house IS for family / friends gatherings, NOT Parties. Party bookings are unwanted and are NOT accepted.

If you have special needs or specific requests, do message us and we will be happy to discuss options / considerations.

If you forget anything behind, we can ship them to you for $30 plus shipping costs. Any items left behind will be kept for a week, after which they will be discarded.

Peaceful retreat at a beautiful property. This was the perfect place for a family vacation. We had for generations of family with us and everyone could find something to do from enjoying the views, kayaking, fishing, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying a fire outside, playing cards, billiards, arcade games, the possibilities were plentiful. There was plenty of room to spread out with multiple areas to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials.

The property was beautifully appointed and clean, and caters to kids of all ages (11 to 75 in our case)! Owner was super responsive to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back.

What a wonderful time our family had! The house is gorgeous with a beautiful view. There was so much to do! It rained two days that we were there…but, we had plenty of activities to do at the house. Great Place! Enjoyed our stay!

Accurate description online. Everything that was needed as my family from Hershey, PA met up with my sister's family from Simsbury, CT and enjoyed some time together. We spent some time skiing, the kids enjoyed the lower level game room and the hot tub. Nice setting overlooking the water. We enjoyed our time very much. A bathroom for each bedroom is a very nice set-up and affords additional privacy and convenience. It was a great gathering spot for us! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Amazing House on Lake Summit

This home was absolutely gorgeous! From the start of booking this house to checkout it was great. The owner is very easy to contact to answer any questions or concerns. We had Six adults and nine kids ages ranging from 12 to 17 that kept busy the whole trip and we stayed at the house for 5 days. There were kayaks and a paddleboard, hot tub, and the game room was fully equipped even on a rainy day they had a blast With shuffleboard, pool, and pinball. We would definitely recommend this stunning home.

We as a family have been coming to the Poconos for the last 10 years. This is the first house we've ever wanted to return to. everything was perfect.(love the art work). Kids had a great time fishing (#1 event) swimming and since it was Olympic week we had tournaments on each game device! (pool table, shuffle board etc.) There's also a beach just around the corner or a straight run in the kayak. Response from owner was impressive, quick, pleasant, and accommodating. we loved our stay. Family Getaway

We stayed at the house for a week, and it was perfect! The house was clean and the owner had our rooms set up just as requested. Every room has its own bathroom which is fantastic for large families. Where else can you find a house where everyone has their own shower!? The set up is awesome, a game room on the first floor, a family room/den on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of the lake. A large deck, with plenty of seating, and a fire pit with a ton of firewood! I can’t say enough about how great our stay was, we will definitely love to come back next year and make more memories! Thank you Alex, for sharing your property and being an amazing host!!

Great Property!!!

This was a wonderful house! My family and I rent a house in the poconos every year to celebrate the holidays together. We range in age now from 12 to 82, and this house was perfect for us. Usually the "kids" go skiing, but this year it rained every day. Fortunately, the hot tub, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, pinball and arcade game, and the card table and board games kept everyone happy and occupied! The best feature for us was the private bathrooms in each bedroom!!! Nobody wants to share a bathroom with the teenage boys, lol! Also each bedroom had the feel of a hotel room with towels sets, 4 pillows and even toiletries in the bathroom. My bed was extremely comfortable. I usually prefer to bring my own sheets to the houses we rent, but I felt very much like I was in a hotel here and did not miss my own sheets at all. The only minor drawback to the bedrooms was that they were very tiny and the king size beds left very little room to walk around them. But where nightstands didn't fit, the owner had little shelves built into the wall so there was a place to put your phone and a bottle of water. Alex was extremely responsive to any small issue we had and we would happily rent here again!
