Magnifique penthouse design au cœur de Madrid, au cœur de la Gran Vía, du métro Callao, à proximité de tous les lieux touristiques et oció. Théâtres, musées, boutiques, parcs, restaurants et bars, mieux vaut impossible.
La première chambre est intérieure avec placard et salle de bain en suite. La deuxième chambre est extérieure avec sa propre terrasse, baignoire et canapé sur la terrasse et sa propre salle de bain avec douche.
Il dispose d'une kitchenette et de tabourets de bar pour discuter pendant que l'on prépare la nourriture.
La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon spacieux qui mène à la terrasse avec lit balinais en fer forgé, table et chaises.
Le canapé du salon peut être converti en un lit de 90.

    The apartment is very well located on La Gran Via. The unit was clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled. One unpleasant detail was opening the entrance door and noticing that a portion of the wood floor was missing, so you had to walk on the concrete slab. But overall, the stay was good.

    Perfectly located home

    It was a pleasure being with the I Madrid. The location was perfect for our daily activities. Very central an close to the metro. Communication with host was flawless. I highly recommend this location in the heart of Madrid.

    Apartment is in a fantastic location. , right in the centre of Madrid on Gran Via with shops , bars and restaurants within minutes walkIt’s very spacious and the bedrooms perfectly placed for privacy . The terrace is such an asset in the hot Madrid weather and gives an area to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Flavie was excellent I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable Madrid visit

    Excellent stay, owner was very responsive & helpful. We didn’t cook so I can’t comment on those facilities but at a glance they looked excellent. The outdoor bath was very much enjoyed by my son & daughter in law. An excellent touch! Also the other rooftop terrace was lovely. One thing to note is there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Apart from that an excellent stay and the location is absolutely perfect for getting to all the sights.

    I would rate this space 4.5 stars if I could.Most of the listing was very accurate, describing the central location and nice and clean space. It should mention, however, the hostel in the lower floors - with some dicey occupants in entry spaces. Also the apartment flooring is missing in places or so splintered as to snag and ruin socks. Huge step up to the balcony spaces make it impractical for seniors (or people with bad knees) to access and enjoy.

    The location was excellent! It was in the middle of everything. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping and theaters. Plus, it was within walking distance of the Prado or the Templo de Debod. The main problem was the condition of the floor. A portion was missing in front of the door which made it difficult to walk down the hall without twisting an ankle. Some nails were sticking up and they would cut your feet if you forgot your shoes. I realize that it is an old building, but the original floor needs to be repaired or replaced.

    Hip flat in the heart of the city of Madrid

    We enjoyed our stay in this very bohemian and comfortable flat. It was close to metro and walking distance to many shopping and restaurants, cafes and museums. A few quirks such as no mirror in one of the bathrooms, problems with door handle on one of the two rooftop decks. I did arrive in the evening and difficulty first getting into the locked door in ground level and had to wait until someone happened to come out. That was unexpected. Other than that, it was a delight.

    Very nice, but a few tweaks needed

    We stayed at this flat in October 2023. While we definitely enjoyed our stay, here are the summary points (both good and needing improvement): Pros: Location is great; flat is very spacious; bathrooms were both clean and large; flat was very quiet despite being on the busiest street in Madrid; Challenges: communication was poor...ask several questions and then delayed response to one question; too difficult to find blankets; unable to access HVAC due to no remotes; wifi access instructions were not accurate; wood plank floorings in bad need of refinishing and are a hazard walking on in bare feet; toaster did not work and prop manager wasn't interested in replacing it while we were there.

    Place is perfectly located within walking distance of everything. We only took the metro once to get to the main train station. Price is a bargain. Also, was super clean when we arrived. One big negative is the checkin. No one was there to let us in the building and we were told to buzz a particular unit. When we did, they responded and didn't let us in. If it wasn't for a young couple coming out, not sure how long we would have waited in the rain to get in.

    Schön aber in die Jahre gekommen

    Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung aber doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat sich direkt um etwaige Probleme gekümmert und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung.Wenn ein wenig in der Wohnung renoviert wird ist sie wieder mit voller Punktzahl zu bewerten.
