Property is in an excellent location, close to transit, shopping and restaurants. A beautiful area right near to Hyde Park. One of the bathrooms is a little small but functional, and I wish that more of the windows opened to get more fresh air running through as the weather was so nice.Overall it was an excellent flat to stay in, I would definitely stay here again. William was very good to communicate with, check-in and check-out was very smooth.

There are many things to like about this flat: the location is great, it is quiet, and the communication with the landlord was great. (We had an electrical snag late in our stay and William was very prompt in responding). This is a below ground flat, so the natural light is limited, but the property is well lit.

William has a wonderful Notting Hill Flat, steps from Hyde Park, a short walk to the Tube and numerous restaurants and Pubs. Great location and safe area, easy check-in and flexible checkout, and overall cleanliness of the Flat were positives (there's a bit of a musty smell - not sure if that's due to flat being partially underground) There were some items in need of improvement: no complimentary coffee pods (we arrived at 11pm and pods the next morning would have been appreciated); no blinds or curtains on the large window for privacy in the main bedroom shower; the link to the YouTube video to use the heat did not work and heater appeared not functional; unclear instructions on using the WiFi (we were unaware it was unplugged); the TV did not appear to have any streaming services or if so instructions not provided; and host response time after check in was not timely. We think with some small improvements Williams place can be at the top of the list!

This is such a lovely flat in a quiet neighborhood near Hyde Park. There are many shops, restaurants, and a Sainsbury's within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The interior design is fantastic and we felt like we were staying in an upscale flat. The host is very responsive if you have any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Notting Hill stay

We had an amazing stay in this flat in Notting Hill. Short walk to the tube, Kensington Palace and gardens and plenty of wonderful shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Everyone was comfortable-we had all that we needed...and a bonus was the gorgeous artwork on display! William, the host, was responsive and helpful...we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place for our family of 4 while staying in London.Excellent location with several restaurants, pubs and bakeries within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe, even walking home in the evenings. We did not cook during our stay, but the kitchen had everything you would need if you chose to do so. It very much felt like we were guests in someone’s home with lots of personal touches.The host was extremely accommodating when we had some initial date changes before our arrival, and also willing to work with us when we thought we might have to extend our stay due to train cancellations. Much appreciated!

Great place

The check in was a bit muddled, by VRBO, but Will (owner) stepped up, thanks Will. The kitchen had everything you need. Coffee, espresso, tea, dishwasher, laundry, fridge, freezer. Just need to shop around the corner for your selections. Cabs found us easily, quiet, and a lovely spot. A good air moving fan or two would be great, as London seems to get hotter. Thanks Will!

This was a wonderful flat. We spent a full month in this apartment and it was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities and especially communication with the owner. The apartment is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and it is within a 10 minute walk of several tube stations, a large supermarket and numerous pubs and upscale restaurants. A special shoutout to the owner, Will, who quickly answered any questions we might have had. The flat is on the ground floor but has light and a quiet outside private garden area. A perfect location in every way.
