L'appartement
Un appartement charmant, lumineux et aéré avec deux chambres doubles dans une belle maison mitoyenne victorienne au coeur de la belle Notting Hill. Récemment décoré et avec accÚs à des jardins privés magiques afin que vous puissiez vivre votre fantasme Hugh Grant et Julia Roberts sans avoir à grimper sur la clÎture! Dans une rue calme mais trÚs proche de l'agitation de Portobello Road. Vivez le film!

L'appartement peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes dans deux chambres doubles de taille Ă©gale avec des lits queen. Parfait pour deux couples ou une famille avec des enfants (de tout Ăąge!).

Pour ceux qui ont vu le film Notting Hill, ils n'auront pas besoin d'expliquer ce qui en fait une carte postale, un parfait exemple de Londres à son meilleur. Les rues des arbres, les anciennes lampes à gaz victoriennes, les jardins communaux magiques entre chaque bloc, les pubs de charme, les restaurants et les bars branchés, Portobello avec ses antiquaires de renommée mondiale et Westbourne Grove avec ses boutiques de créateurs. Je pourrais continuer à jamais ...

Se déplacer
Et aussi trÚs pratique pour le centre de Londres. A 10 minutes à pied de Hyde Park et Kensington Gardens, à 15 minutes à pied de High Street Kensington et ses boutiques. A 20 minutes à pied de Westfield et de son immense centre commercial. Et un trajet en bus de 25 minutes (ou métro / métro de 15 minutes) jusqu'à Marble Arch et Oxford Street.

Very clean flat on a quiet street close to bus stops and a quick walk to the tube. Our host Tass provided great ideas for local restaurants. The private garden behind the property is so peaceful.

We loved our stay in Tass’s apartment and he was a great host, really responsive to any queries & offered useful recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The apartment itself was ideal for three friends, nice spacious living room and everything we needed in kitchen for a short stay - the location was excellent, just a few minutes from Portobello Road and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden in sunshine!

This place was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the tube, bus lines, cute cafes and restaurants, and great shops. The apartment had everything we needed and offers some wonderful views of the neighborhood and rear garden. We had a wonderful time there!

Location is excellent -- just 2 blocks from Portobello Road and 1 mile from Notting Hill Tube station. However, it is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is sparsely furnished and needs some sprucing up, especially its only bathroom.

This apartment is not huge but suited the 4 of us (all adults 65) just perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including a dishwasher and washer / dryer. Everything was clean.The location was perfect walking distance to the Portobello markets, underground station, shops, buses restaurants and Kensington gardens. Our host was very easy to communicate with, offering great suggestion on where to go and what to do in the area. You do have to go up a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment but we all managed it easily.We had a fantastic time in a great location. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Lovely Place Great Location!

This was the perfect location for our quick trip to London. We were so happy with the layout and cleanliness of this place. And, the views were spectacular! The host was kind enough to help arrange transportation to the airport for our departure. Thanks! Hope to book again.

Such a great flat! Excellent location!! Would absolutely stay here again. Check in was easy, place was clean. Owner was friendly and easy to work with and provided ideas for restaurants and transportation that were very helpful. And it was great to be able to do a load of laundry while there! Only cons being it could use a little updating and TLC. It is an old building with old plumbing, small bathroom, no microwave, and the bed seems to swallow you in the center. But worth the small inconveniences to stay in such a great spot!

Top marks flat in a top marks neighborhood!

The flat is incredibly pleasant, and its prime location, near all the good things in Notting Hill, simply cannot be beat! Including access to the absolutely stunning garden... And Tass (the host) was eager & responsive to the few typical wrinkles that came up. My wife, 3 young kids & I stayed for a week, and when we go back to NH again, I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Great Stay!

Great location, a few blocks to Tube, easy and direct route. Quite apt and very nice deep tub! Great restaurants nearby not to mention shopping. Loved the private garden too!

Feels like home

This was our third stay at 14 Arundel Gardens, and we continue to love it. The garden view from the living room and the sunrise view from the bedroom offer a peaceful connection with nature— even on a rainy January day.

Quiet/Great location

Much to see and do in the Portobello Road area and this flat is right around the corner. It is up 3 flights of stairs if that matters to you. Kitchen is well equipped and everything you need for your stay is provided. Great communication and house manager met us for check in.

It's such a joy to interact with people from all over the world - who treat the place like their home and who I enjoy recommending local sights, sounds and tastes to.

Honestly? I was first attracted to Notting Hill by the film. And I'm pleased to report that the area has hardly changed since then.
So come live your Julia Roberts/Hugh Grant fantasy for a few days or more...

The Victorian charm; the huge windows; the view of the communal garden from the windows; the communal garden which feels like a secret wonderland. The peace and quiet. The blue glass fixture in the hallway. The neighborhood.
