Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the apartment didn’t fully meet your expectations. Thank you very much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the more local, non-touristy Paris experience. It’s also great to know that having laundry facilities was helpful during your longer stay. We appreciate your suggestion regarding clearer instructions for the heating and washing machine. This is very helpful feedback, and we will look into adding a welcome guide for future guests to make these features easier to use. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the ongoing renovations were small updates being done by a neighbour, and since these are minor works, they didn't require notification to the community. The apartment was carefully adapted for comfort, and we ensure the space is clean and well-maintained. We are continuously working on improvements. Thank you
