Il s'agit d'un appartement merveilleusement décoré situé dans un bùtiment historique en pierre écossaise.
La propriĂ©tĂ© est parfaitement situĂ©e en plein centre d'Édimbourg, vous offrant une base idĂ©ale pour explorer cette ville incroyable.



SituĂ© au premier Ă©tage dans un bĂątiment du 18Ăšme siĂšcle, la propriĂ©tĂ© conserve des caractĂ©ristiques d'Ă©poque Ă©tonnantes qui vous donnent une vĂ©ritable sensation d'histoire. Toutes les principales attractions sont littĂ©ralement Ă  votre porte, y compris Princes Street et le chĂąteau d'Édimbourg qui sont Ă  quelques minutes.

L'heure d'arrivée est 14 heures, mais le gestionnaire immobilier sera aussi flexible que possible avec un préavis. L'heure de départ est 11h. Les départs tardifs sont soumis à disponibilité et sur arrangement préalable.

L'appartement offre un grand séjour avec coin bar petit déjeuner donnant sur la cuisine ouverte, un grand canapé convertible 3 places, 1 fauteuil et 2 tabourets de bar petit déjeuner.
Il y a une table Ă  manger avec 4 siĂšges prĂšs de la grande fenĂȘtre avant.

Deux chambres doubles contenant chacune 1 lit double et un grand rangement pour la chambre.

La salle de bain comprend une baignoire et une douche thermostatique.

Pour les grandes fĂȘtes, un canapĂ©-lit double peut accueillir 2 personnes supplĂ©mentaires.

Une cuisine sĂ©parĂ©e avec bar Ă  petit dĂ©jeuner en chĂȘne massif donnant sur le salon. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur, four et plaques Ă  induction, lave-linge, micro-ondes, grille-pain et bouilloire.

Had a fantastic stay in Edinburgh at Gareth’s stunning flat. Location was absolutely perfect for all of our adventures. The flat itself was beautifully clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a stay of any length. Gareth's communication was top notch, he responded very quickly, gave us great tips on finding parking and gave check in instructions very early. We were so grateful that he was able to accommodate early check in for us, as our flight came in early in the morning. Bed were firm, but very comfortable. It was a bit noisy during the daytime, as there was construction going on around the flat (it’s everywhere in Edinburgh), but this did not affect our stay whatsoever. Little cafe below the flat was amazing, definitely recommend checking them out for breakfast!

Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. Gareth’s communication was excellent and he even made sure the apartment was ready slightly earlier than the usual check-in time so we could drop off our bags as soon as we arrived. The apartment is in a fantastic location in easy walking distance of all the sights, shops and wonderful places to eat. The apartment was spotless and a lovely, cosy home from home. I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect location and visit

First time in Edinburgh but not the last! I would stay here every time! The location couldn’t be more perfect, within walking distance to everything. We never once to a cab. Love the welcome gifts of coffee and tea and short bread. So kind and thoughtful!

Awesome Rose Apartment!

We loved our stay at Rose Apartment! The location is right in the middle of all the top tourist attractions, shops and restaurants, yet it is quiet in the evening. People watching from the front window was the best! Communication with Gareth was great and everything about the apartment was exactly as we hoped. I will definitely stay at Rose Apartment next time in Edinburgh!! Try the Taco Libre across the street for some fairly authentic Mexican food!

Rose street was a great location. Restaurants and bars close as well as grocery. Beds were comfortable and kictchen was well stocked. Even had a couple of electrical converters for USA folks

Lovely Old Town Apartment

Very clean, great location, great layout

This is a very nice property! Plenty of food and retail shops within a few steps, and close to the primary Edinburgh attractions. It was also very clean, with modern plumbing and very comfortable beds. Add a great check-in experience and prompt owner communication. One of my favorite short-term rentals. We’ll return if we come back to Edinburgh!

Rose St. Perfection

Gareth’s flat on Rose St was amazing. Very clean and nicely decorated. When we first arrived it was a little hairy getting around
Edinburgh is a very busy city and I was out of my element driving the rental car. Once we parked and unloaded we were so very pleased with the flat. The location was absolutely perfect
I had returned the car so we were walking everywhere. We were so central to everything so walking was amazing. The busses and trams were available pretty much at your doorstep if you wished to use them. Gareth was very responsive if I needed to contact him. The beds were so comfortable, we had no complaints whatsoever. I would highly this charming flat. It was everything we needed and perfectly described. Thank you Gareth for such a wonderful stay in your beautiful city.

Charming and roomy flat

Quiet Apartment Close to City Center

Gareth was easy to reach and very accommodating. The lovely apartment was spacious and convenient to bus stop, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being close to a great little pub. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen complete and even with windows open, we were not bothered by noise. I highly recommend staying with Gareth. He is an excellent host and his apartment is impeccable. A total 10!

The best locatiion

Rose Street Newtown is THE place to stay in Edinburgh. Close to all of the main attractions, great restaurants and nightlife. The apartment it well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Can’t crecommend it too highly,

A Treasure in Edinburgh

The Rose Apartment is located in a wonderful part of Edinburgh. We used the tram from the airport and got off at Prince’s Street where we had a 5 minute walk to the apartment located on Rose Street. We were able to walk most places including the Royal Mile and the castle as well as Dean Village and the botanical garden. We did use the bus to get to the Royal Yacht Britannia. Located on Rose Street are varied retail shops and great restaurants. The unit was fully equipped and snacks, butter and a small jug of milk was provided as well as the usual condiments. Tea and coffee was also available. The only downside was the washer was broken. Perhaps no one had tried to use it recently or no one reported the problem to the owner; we did. Hopefully the next renters will have the benefit of the washer working. Other than that , we have no negative comments. We were there for 4 nights and it was a quiet location. We definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is close to many things and is a hidden historic jewel. The unit was clean, comfy, decorated nicely and makes you feel at home and not like a tourist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to Gareth as well!

Edinburgh in March

My family had a wonderful stay. The owners made checking easy ( I was delayed twice on route from Newcastle). The apartment had all the amenities one would need and having a clothes washers was a big bonus. Everywhere we visited in the city was easily accessible from this property. On my next visit to Edinburgh I would not hesitate to book this for my stay.

You won’t regret it

This apartment is perfect for a family! Stayed here with my wife and two kids (Ages 2 & 8mo), and it was perfect. Has a washing machine for clothes, two comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room. There are stairs up to it, but it’s easy enough to carry a stroller up there. We would definitely stay again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I was looking to buy a city centre property in need of renovation and I came across the flat in 2011, it hadn't been maintained for atleast 25 years. I seen that it had masses of potential but it was a huge challenge...Great location and great character!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property was built in 1792 when Edinburgh's 'New Town' was under construction. It still retains all the original internal doors and floorboards which I restored. Along with the exposed original stonework wall, this property has a great feel to it. Put together with the location its a stunning place to take in the city!
