The host was responsive to a problem that arose. Overall the condo is comfortable. It could use a facelift for sure. The location is great if you want to be close to downtown Palm Springs.

Would definitely stay here again

Although unit was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Jon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs.

Third Stay Still A Charm

We love this complex and we have loved this unit three times and our trip next year is booked. Great location. Walk anywhere downtown for dinner, shopping, and Thursday street fest. Complex is lovely. Pool area fantastic. Well stocked condo and comfortable king size bed.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Space was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice and very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores (about 7 min walk to downtown). Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Downtown Complex

Great hosts. Condo was clean and well equipped. Best location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and sites. Bed very comfortable and that is a plus when stay for nearly 3 weeks. Would stay here again. Complex and pool very nice.

Comfortable and Near Downtown

This property was very clean and comfortable for a long weekend stay in Palm Springs. A short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Good driving distance to other local attractions. The complex was quiet and clean with a very nice relaxing pool area. After a long day out, the cloud like bed and pillows made for a restful sleep.

Fabulous location!

We loved the entire condo complex! The grounds were well taken care of and the pool and hot tubs were sparkling clean. The location is absolutely fabulous! Jon did an excellent job of greeting us at the condo and explaining all of the pertinent details.

Nice apartment in perfect location

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The bed is the most comfortable bed we've slept in apart from our own. It's 2 blocks away from downtown and we walked it all the time. We would stay here again. Make sure to check out Thursday night street fest!

Cozy clean condo centrally located

This condo is a perfect place to rent for two people that are looking to be able to walk to the downtown Palm Springs shopping areas. The bed is particularly comfortable, everything works, and it is impeccably clean. Recommend.

We had a great time, everything we needed. Condo was a bit worn (hence the good price), but exactly as advertised. Awesome location and great communication with owner/manager. They take noise control serious here which was great. Highly recommend for singles and couples.

Walk to downtown Palm Springs!

The condo was immaculate and provided everything one could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So close to downtown, within walking distance. We are not as young as we used to be so the stairs to the unit were a little challenging but we chalked it up to daily exercise. The pool was great and we enjoyed both balconies. Fun times!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well situated in the development (some stairs requited for access). The space was small, but adequate. Kitchen/bathroom both well stocked with necessities (beyond expectations). Very comfy king bed. The pool area was fantastic... sun and shade and lots of loungers. Easy walk to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The only negative was traffic noise.

Spruce up

The apartment is a bit shabby. The bedroom carpet is filthy and the shower door is corroded and rusted. The bathroom sink’s drain needs to be cleaned out.

Nice property but lots of traffic noise.

Unit 21 was well kept and clean. The pool area and grounds were very nice. Property was very close to town and was a 5 minute walk to activities and restaurants. The biggest drawback was the traffic noice off of Ramon, it was loud and we had to put on the microwave fan on to drown out the noise while we were sleeping. Working with Jon was great!
