Belle et romantique propriété du centre-ville avec piscine privée et spa

Cette propriété a eu une rénovation complÚte avec toutes les nouvelles armoires de cuisine, granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, tapis, peinture et beaucoup de nouveaux meubles. Cette propriété est trÚs privée, en fait, l'une des seules piscines privées à Ventana Del Sol. C'est une unité de fin et se sent plus comme une maison. Juste installé une nouvelle unité de piscine et de triage à distance contrÎlée, il rend l'exploitation de l'équipement de la piscine un jeu d'enfant, maintenant vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la piscine et spa privé trÚs libre. C'est à peu prÚs le meilleur emplacement de Palm Springs, à seulement quatre pùtés de maisons des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville, à un pùté de maisons du Palais des CongrÚs et à deux pùtés de maisons du Spa Hotel and Casino. C'est seulement un trajet de cinq minutes à l'aéroport. Comprend un parking couvert (fermé) hors rue.

Cette maison de ville est un lieu de vacances pas comme les autres avec sa propre piscine privĂ©e et spa avec une toile de fond de la plus belle vue sur la montagne partout. L'intĂ©rieur est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et confort et est impeccablement propre, la plupart de mes locataires ont Ă©tĂ© de retour encore et encore. Une suite de maĂźtre, 1 1/2 salles de bains, une taniĂšre avec un confortable canapĂ©-lit Queen qui va accueillir deux invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires. Profitez de la cheminĂ©e en pierre dans le salon ou regarder votre programme TV ou DVD prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© sur l'un des deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, Internet sans fil gratuit et appels locaux / interurbains Ă  n'importe oĂč aux États-Unis et au Canada. Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay at this one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Palm Springs! The private pool with spa was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. It faces west, so you can see the beautiful sunset over the mountain The condo itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill by the pool. The location was fantastic—just a quick four-minute drive to downtown, which made it super easy to enjoy all the great restaurants, shops, and galleries Palm Springs has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet, peaceful space at the end of the day.We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Palm Springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. Cozy getaway

We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, upscale getaway!

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect
 The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

Great on bedroom.

This one bedroom condo has a bath and a half and a private hot tub and pool. That is almost impossible to find in the area.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub

I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 so I feel I picked the prime unit, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is also with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.
