Cette maison appartient à une famille depuis 3 générations, profitant de toute l'excitation de la cÎte de Jersey. Cette unité au premier étage a été entiÚrement rénovée pour fournir toutes les commodités modernes, tout en étant conçue pour maintenir un attrait historique. Vous remarquerez des planchers de bois franc d'origine, des portes à 5 panneaux en bois massif, des accents de carreaux de bord de mer et un tableau en verre teinté. Tous les ensembles de matelas sont des «lits célestes» de Simmons pour un confort luxueux, et toutes les chambres ainsi que le salon et la salle à manger ont des ventilateurs de plafond.

La cuisine nouvellement conçue, avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, offre un accĂšs ouvert au salon et au porche, idĂ©al pour les rĂ©unions de famille et les divertissements. Les comptoirs en granit comprennent un Ă©vier double et un Ă©vier de bar supplĂ©mentaire. Le porche avant comprend Ă©galement un coin petit-dĂ©jeuner avec un siĂšge de fenĂȘtre intĂ©grĂ©. Un coin salon extĂ©rieur nouvellement crĂ©Ă© comprend un espace privĂ© pour s'asseoir, regarder les passants et faire des grillades! Un barbecue Ă  gaz Weber sera fourni. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est Ă©galement disponible.

L'adresse actuelle est 831 St. James Place. Cette unitĂ© est Ă  1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage et du dĂ©but de la promenade. Notre bout de la promenade accueille le poste de sauveteur de la 1Ăšre rue avec salles de bains et premiers soins, si nĂ©cessaire. Tout prĂšs des planches se trouve le restaurant Brown's, cĂ©lĂšbre pour ses beignets frais du matin, et Anthony's Water Ice pour ces chaudes journĂ©es Ă  la plage. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose Ă©galement d'une douche extĂ©rieure et d'un vestiaire pour rincer aprĂšs le retour de la plage. À l'extrĂ©mitĂ© opposĂ©e de notre pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage, il y a une Ă©picerie fine, un restaurant, une pizzeria et un glacier dans un Ă  trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons. De plus, nous proposons 6 balises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des fers Ă  cheval et des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© familiaux pour commencer votre plaisir.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! The unit was clean and accurately reflected the listing. Tristin was an excellent communicator and stayed in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Our dog felt very comfortable here, and we would gladly stay again!

This was the best rental property we’ve stayed at through VRBO. The house was adorable- old charm but fully updated. The location was fantastic - super close to the beach and right at the start of the boardwalk, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. And you can’t beat the north end of OC. Tristin was wonderful with communication - very clear, complete instructions and details. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience, and would 100% come back here! You will not be disappointed with a vacation at this location!!

This is a lovely house in a great location. Tristin was great to work with - friendly and accessible but never intrusive. Having the bikes was great, and the location made it a quick ride to the boardwalk or the center of town. The house itself is spacious, well laid out, and was clearly recently upgraded. It was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Tristan is the Perfect hostess, Provided plenty of supplies - soaps, linens for bed, bath and kitchen, paper products, umbrella and chairs ( not used, we brought our own chairs), very comfortable bed. We enjoyed meals at Cousins and Doc’s Place in Somers Point and Manco pizza. Also, take out from Spadaforas. Several perfect beach days and lots of rest. Very comfortable first floor. Grateful that you love and accept doggies. Thank you, Tristan. We will return to your family home again soon. Carol B.

Staying at Tristan's home made for an unbelievably great time! Her home is stocked with linens and towels which made our travel so much easier. The walk to the beach did not give usvtime to dry off if we just stepped out of the water. Definitely would like to stay there again.

Perfect spot for family vacation

This beach house was perfect for our family's getaway. The house was clean, fully stocked with necessities and close to the beach. My children had a blast and loved that the boardwalk started down the street. Bathrooms right outside of the beach entrance were great. The street is quiet and the beach block was less crowded and also had a lifeguard which was more than we could ask for. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Dog Friendly Beach Stay

We had an amazing stay at this great first-floor rental! Spacious kitchen and family room. Dog friendly! Super convenient location near the boardwalk and beach. Tristin, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and wonderful experience

We stayed here in September 2024 with our dogs and newborn baby. The house was clean and cozy. Tristin was very communicative and ensured we had a good experience. We loved the proximity to the beach and the short drive to the dog beach (5 min), the outside shower & having a washer and dryer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Dog Friendly Rental!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Beautiful first floor condo which evokes nostalgia with a “vintage shore house” feeling, but it’s also been nicely updated - so it’s really a comfortable and lovely place to stay. So happy we could have our dog with us, too! Easy one block walk to the start of the boardwalk and the beach, and within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants and stores. Tristin the owner was wonderful to deal with - so welcoming and accommodating and available if we had questions. Property was really clean upon arrival, too! Overall, an excellent place to stay!!

Best vacation ever!

My mom and I so enjoyed our stay! The home was immaculate and the beds were so very comfortable. My mom really enjoyed the massage chair. It was so nice that the paper products were included and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is perfect with just a short walk to a fully stocked deli, the Island Grill restaurant, Browns doughnuts on the boardwalk (you must try), and the beach. Having our fur babies with us instead of having to board them was a wonderful bonus and helped us to relax even more. Adding to all of that is the fact that the owners are so very nice and attentive to your needs. You will not be disappointed!

Great beach house

House was clean and perfect for our family’s stay for a few days. Tristin was delightful to work with and very responsive. My only issue would be the parking situation since I didn’t realize until right before our trip that it was street parking only. I had to drive around for almost an hour looking for parking the day we arrived and ended up parking over a half mile away. As a result we took Lyft or Uber everywhere we went, which got a little expensive

Lovely stay

My husband and family stayed at this beach house for 7 days (6 nights). Location was perfect, 11/2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk so it was pretty easy walk to and from the beach and boardwalk which we did everyday we were here. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable which made for good sleeping/resting. It got cool/cold at night and blankets were handy. And having washer and dryer was great, so one doesn't need to over-pack for the trip. Tristin was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all your needs. The only issue was street parking, which Tristin can't really control. All in all a beautiful stay.

Lovely North End House

My pup and I had a wonderful stay at Tristin’s home. It was cozy and clean, and a short walk to both the Boardwalk and downtown OC. Tristin was proactive in communicating about our reservation, and made sure we had everything we needed for a restful vacation. I would be comfortable recommending this property to other renters!

Clean, Comfortable & Close to Beach and Boardwalk

Myself, my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson were very comfortable here, and there was plenty of space for my son to have work meetings and my daughter-in-law to do floor exercises. And for all of us to play marathon Monopoly games! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, plates, and cutlery. The only thing lacking was a tea kettle, which I mentioned to Tristin. The other thing that would be a very welcome addition is an umbrella to shade the outside seating area for the ground floor unit, which is the one we rented. But that space was equipped with plenty of comfortable chairs for all of us. We had a minor flushing problem with one toilet which Tristin very promptly had repaired. She responds quickly to texts. It was not the best beach weather, but we would gladly return to this rental in the future.

Very nice beach house and enjoyed our stay

House was very clean with great location. Internet was easy to connect to with good signal and speed. Living space was a great place for games and hanging out. The beach is close with boardwalk access. Liked having places like the deli, restaurant and ice cream shop within short walking distance.

Hello, I am Tristin Thompson, 3rd generation home owner to this property. I spent my summers in this house on the 3rd floor while tenants rented the 1st and 2nd floor. I was responsible for cleaning the rentals on Saturdays before I could go ride my bike or play on the beach and boardwalk. My father still uses the 2nd and 3rd floor during his summers. I reside in Kentucky and only get to visit Ocean City for short durations to get the property ready for the summer or to close it down. I love staying there and I love how the entire renovation provided new updated conveniences but still gives me the comfy feel of summer at the beach!
