Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2200 sq. ft. of open concept living with plenty of space to spread out. Dine inside or out, serve meals with ease in our large chef’s kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. Or for the outdoor chef, the 6-burner stainless steel grill awaits. There is plenty of room for lounging, al fresco dining or just a little quiet time.

The setup is convenient with kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and laundry on first floor, providing easy access for guests who have difficulty navigating steps. The upper level boasts a large bedroom with master bath, entertainment area with vaulted ceiling, wet bar and large deck with ocean views.

Traveling with children? Plenty of sleeping and hang out space on first floor. Have little ones that need to sleep in the same room as their parents? Two bedrooms are ready with rollaway beds.
Short on car space? Just bring your overnight bag. Yoga mats, boogie boards, bikes, beach gear and beach tags are ready for your vacationing pleasure. Plenty of family games to enjoy on cool summer nights.
Do you have a fur baby? No need to leave your pup behind. Dogs are welcome.
Return from the beach to find a refreshing, private outdoor shower. Hardwood floors throughout make cleanliness a breeze and linens are provided.

Ocean City, NJ is a "dry town" and as such, no alcohol is sold on the island and consumption of alcohol is not permitted in public places on the island.

The home is not suitable for noisy parties as the neighborhood is quiet with very few rental properties.
