Thank you for your input. We have been over to the cabin to do a deep cleaning on the inside and out. Cushions replaced, shrubs trimmed and things have been pressured washed. We are sorry for your disappointment. Please contact us for a discount on your next stay.

We are sorry that your recent stay at our property did not meet your expectations. New owners acquired the property at the end of October and have made changes to the property that would have addressed most of your concerns. The hot tub is 220 volts and warms up within just a few hours after refilling. We have not had any problems with this. These changes included the addition of memory foam mattress toppers to address the mattress concerns. Unfortunately this did not happen until the unit was unoccupied shortly after your stay. The unit has also been completely re-floored with wood look luxury vinyl plank flooring. All new blankets and new rustic rugs in living and dining areas have been added. In the kitchen, the dishwasher has been replaced and new dining ware and cooking pans have been added. The aging sofa and love seat in the living area have been replaced with two leather sofas for more comfort and seating area. Thank you for informing us of the bed noise. It was a problem with a missing nut and bolt attachment which we have now fixed. Other improvements are planned for the near future such as smart TVs in all bedrooms and repairs to the outdoor fireplace. If you feel like the beauty of our location and the improvements mentioned might lead you to reconsider a future stay, contact the management for a discount on a future stay.
