Nouvellement rénové 2018.

Une pittoresque maison de plage abordable vous attend pour vos prochaines vacances à la plage. Pickle Palms jouit d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et donne sur une rue très peu fréquentée, presque privée (Topsail Rd.), Qui regarde le luisant océan Atlantique. Il fournit tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances paisibles et relaxantes.

7 NUITS MINIMUM POUR TOUS LES SÉJOURS. TOUTES LES PERIODES DE LOCATION SONT DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI.

Situé à North Topsail Beach, cette maison bien équipée dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Profitez de la brise marine des fauteuils à bascule sur le pont couvert. L'accès à la plage se fait de l'autre côté de la route, à quelques pas du sable et du surf.

Cette maison est à un niveau. Lorsque vous entrez par les portes-fenêtres, vous entrez dans la cuisine, le coin repas et le salon à aire ouverte. La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière électrique, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle et de tout le nécessaire pour vos vacances. Hors de la cuisine est le salon avec un canapé-lit queen size.

La chambre principale est située à gauche du salon, avec un lit king size et une salle de bain complète. À droite du salon se trouvent la deuxième salle de bain complète et la deuxième chambre avec un lit queen-size. La salle de bain est séparée de la chambre.

Cette maison a de nombreux équipements, y compris un parking couvert, une télévision supplémentaire, Internet, laveuse et sécheuse, douche extérieure. Ceci est une maison non fumeur. Si vous recherchez des vacances agréables et reposantes, Pickle Palms est l'endroit pour vous. L'occupation maximale est de 6 personnes et l'enregistrement s'effectue à 16h00. This home (yes, it’s a home not just a house) was perfect for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The home was impeccably well-kept, with everything we needed for our stay. The decor is up-to-date and extremely comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas. From selecting the location to checking out, everything was at least five stars, if not more!

What a great little house perfect size for two couples. Great great great location.. Bob was very easy to communicate with. He did a great job. He even had to come back after we checked in because the cleanup crew left the top of the oven dirty there was also dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the clothes dryer, those things were not a problem. We will stay there many more times. thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful home with an amazing view!

The house was just perfect for our family beach trip this year. The house is small, but wonderfully setup. There were only 3 of us, so we had plenty of space. The views were amazing and the access to the beach was so close. We also loved the quiet neighborhood which was great for bike riding. The front porch was fantastic with great deck furniture, and the owner provided sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. I also loved that they provided their own linens and the beds were made when we arrived. The beds were also the most comfortable ones that we have had on vacation. We will definitely return if we come back with a small group again. I highly recommend this home.

Fantastic beachfront property!

We had a fantastic week at this cozy beachfront house! The house is very well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the front porch. The communication with Bob the Property Manager was easy and he responded quickly to the few minor issues we had during our stay. The house is just a few steps from the beach and there were beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Topsail is a pretty quiet community. Surf City (few miles drive to the south) is more crowded with a few restaurants which were all very crowded during high season. On an overcast and rainy afternoon, we drove into Wilmington (about an hour) to enjoy the waterfront and have dinner. I'd highly recommend this house to a family or small group!

Perfect Spot!

Our stay at The Palms was one of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The fact that it's a spacious lot with plenty of outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy both the upper deck, as well as the covered area below. This fit our outside needs and made us feel comfortable inside and outside of the house. The inside of the house is cozy and upgraded with new appliances, flooring and deck. We had plenty of room throughout the house, and the decorations in the house really gave you the "beach lifestyle. The convenience of being about 100 feet from the beach just made this rental the perfect place to stay. It is also away from the "hustle and bustle" of the island, but close enough to all of the restaurants and shops available on Topsail. We have been visiting Topsail about twice a year for the last six years, and this is the best vacation rental so far.

Perfect.....................

This beachhouse was perfect for us. It was easy to find, check in with the manager, Bob, was very easy. The house was very clean. The outside deck was perfect for morning sunrises, and afternoon relaxing with a glass/cup of whatever!!! It was only 65 steps from the bottom of the house stairway to the bottom step of the beach access..............so even when sitting on the deck we felt like we were right on the beach close to the water. It was so easy to get out on Rt. 210 to go into Surf City to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be returning to this Perfect beachhouse!!!!

What a View!!

This home is truly an amazing property. Unobstructed direct ocean views and a front porch that looks directly onto the ocean is perfect for rainy days, sundowners and post-beach relaxation. My family loved staying in this home. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen area and common areas are perfect to reconnect with your family, and the proximity to the beach is exactly what we came for. A cute and modern home newly renovated, a quiet family neighborhood and unmatchable views. This house was perfect.

Wonderful House for a small family

Heaven on Earth

We loved the location of the house. To be able to sit on the covered porch and enjoy the ocean anytime of the day was great. Even eating diner on the surfboard with the breeze and ocean waves was perfect. The house was furnished with everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach toys, boogie boards etc. The beds were very comfortable with some sort of memory foam mattress. The open layout was perfect. The location was just right with produce stand across the street ( you had my wife right there!) with grocery and restaurants (although few which is ok)within 10 minutes. Beach was not crowded at all with tons of space around us. Finally the beach was fantastic - wide, easy access, warm with fun waves. 5-star

Great week!

This was the perfect house for our family of three, and the location was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the covered front porch, enjoying the amazing view. The beach in front of the house was not crowded and easily accessed by crossing a road that rarely had a car on it. The property manager was responsive and the property itself was great. We would certainly look forward to staying again!

Best Front Porch View!

The property was in a perfect location! It was the same as ocean front property and convenient to stores and restaurants. Also had all of the amenities needed. Bob the property manager was the best. So helpful at check-in and with any other questions we may have had. We highly recommend this property.
