Experience a spacious vacation home on the Oceanfront with direct access from the Living Room, Dining room, Kitchen, and all four bedrooms. Large slider glass doors yield panoramic views of Beach and Ocean. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the balcony on the West side of the home. This new home, built in 2021, has brand new appliances, brand new furniture, and state of the art electronics.

This reverse floor plan home built in 2021 offers the best views from an open dining, living, and kitchen area. Vaulted ceilings and 3 glass sliding doors present a free and open perspective. Also, the beautiful master bedroom sits on the top floor and offers wonderful Ocean views. Complete with a full suite of furniture, ceiling fan, private access to the deck, and a 43" HD TV. The master bathroom can be configured private or public access.

The open kitchen, with new cabinets and granite countertops, is stocked with ample cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware, and knifeware to accommodate all cooking traditions. Small appliances and 2021 new stainless steel stove, fridge, and microwave ensure cleanliness and reliability.

The living room boasts of a 65 inch HD TV with antenna, Roku, Netflix, Hulu and Sling networks. With brand new couches and chairs, you are assured a wonderful movie night. Of course, we have WiFi throughout the home. We do have a short supply of board games for your enjoyment.

The open dining area enables your family to eat dinner and watch TV at the same. A large new table seats 10. A high chair is also available for your infant safety. Of course the dining area has your ocean view too!

Downstairs are three additional tiled bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry area. Brand new Samsung washer and dryer keep the family clean and dressed. The Blue room has a queen bed, beige furniture, ceiling fan, and a sliding glass door access to the oceanfront deck. Slider drapes offer privacy when needed. The attached bathroom can be configured for private or public access.

The mid-floor Yellow room has a 43" TV, a bunk bed with two twins, and a stand alone full bed. A Pac-n-play is also available. This is a perfect room for the kid to sleep in, play in, or watch TV (Roku, Netflix, Hulu, and Sling). Of course it has a slider glass door with curtains to the first floor deck and abundant ocean views.

The south side Green room has a king bed with white beach furniture, ceiling fan, and a private slider glass door access to the beach. Slider has drapes for privacy when needed. An attached full bathroom can be configured for private or public use.

The ground level features concrete covered parking up to 5 cars, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. A small supply of beach chairs and beach toys are available for your use. Within a short drive are groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, and beach shops. Also a short drive to Surf City if you choose and less than a mile walk to Sea View Pier.

Included in the rate is a short supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods kitchen soaps, and laundry soaps. We also supply fresh linens and towels from Topsail Beach Linens (topsailbeachlinens.com). Linens will be left by the door the day of your arrival. Locked doors and alarms are all keypad entry.
