Très joli 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo, à quelques pas du vert n ° 1 à Pointe-Royale

Bienvenue! Nous pensons que vous apprécierez votre séjour dans notre condo situé à Pointe Royale - à quelques pas du green n ° 1.

Ce condo 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est équipé de nombreuses commodités pour votre commodité. Cela comprend une suite parentale avec une salle de bain privée et un lit king-size. La deuxième chambre a également un lit king-size et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon permettant au condo d'accueillir six personnes.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer un repas ou simplement préparer une tasse de café pour profiter de la terrasse couverte arrière pendant que vous regardez les golfeurs approcher du premier vert. Nous avons fourni de nouveaux meubles, une blanchisserie interne, une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre, un lecteur DVD dans le salon et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Le condo est dans un excellent emplacement à proximité de toutes les activités populaires de Branson telles que des spectacles, Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, boutiques et restaurants. Il est également situé à quelques pas du lac Taneycomo où vous pourrez pêcher à la mouche, faire une balade en bateau ou tout simplement profiter du magnifique paysage. Il y a aussi une aire de jeux pour vos enfants et des grilles et des tables de pique-nique sous une canopée d'arbres pour votre usage.

Pointe Royale Resort Community est une communauté fermée qui offre la sécurité avec un bel aménagement paysager et une belle atmosphère paisible. Il offre également un accès gratuit à d'excellentes installations incluant une piscine intérieure et extérieure, un bain bouillonnant, un centre de fitness, des courts de tennis, un clubhouse, un restaurant, des salles de réunion, un parcours de golf, des terrains de jeux pour les enfants et bien plus encore.

A wonderful condo! Very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked-they thought of everything we could possibly need. It was a great property for older people being all on one level. The weather was so nice we had snacks on the patio while we watched golfers. In December it was so great! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. A plus condo thanks again!

The property is very nice and the communication with the owners was wonderful. It was so nice to see coffee pods, salt and pepper, tissues, hand soap, etc. Just nice little touches that you need.

Wonderful Experience!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The Christmas decorations were an added bonus! This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at and when we return to Branson we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental!

This condo was very clean, well maintained, wonderfully comfortable, and was in a very nice area. We were no more than 10 to 15 minutes from any of the shows! The beds were soooo comfortable, and in one bathroom there was a walk in shower which is perfect for anyone who can't get into a tub! The owners were cordial and provided all the information we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Great property, great host!

My family of 6 was in town for my daughter’s dance nationals. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house had plenty of room and all that we needed to live comfortably for a week. Our hosts were the kindest people and made themselves available to help us, if we needed it. A bunch of dance families stayed at Pointe Royale, which was a perfect location with lots of amenities (swimming, fishing, playgrounds). I’d dance or baseball takes us to Branson again, we will definitely stay here!

Family Reunion

We loved our stay at the condo!!! Janet & Allen were so easy to work with. The condo is so homey, we loved it! Loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings it was so relaxing. Will definitely stay with them again!!

Quick family get away.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very roomy and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our family enjoyed watching the golfers coming into green #1. There is also a new hiking trail we used. Very peaceful and alot of people fishing in the lake.

Independence day fun

We enjoyed our stay at the Lawson condo. It was just as described. The kids, even the big ones, enjoyed the pool and access to fishing. We're already planning our next trip.

Best Branson condo

This place was exceptional. Easy communication, check-in, location to other places we wanted to go. Well kept, decorated, clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked etc. Janice and Allen know how to make you feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We're thankful for the Lawson's condo

We spent Thanksgiving in this beautiful condo in Point Royale. It was cozy, clean, and cheerfully decorated. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the extra personal touches the hosts provided. A special treat was the short walk from the condo to Table Rock Lake. We hope to stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Since there is only one recliner a nice large ottoman would be nice. There is plenty of room for one. I thought the mattresses were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your comments. We are so glad you enjoyed our condo! We do not have a large ottoman or coffee table because the couch makes into a queen bed and a lot of our guests use it. They would have to move the large ottoman to put out the bed at night and then move it back in the morning if they want to put the bed up. It is just more convenient for everyone to just leave the space open. Our grandkids love to play all the games we have on the rug in that open space!

We are retired Oklahoma and Arkansas teachers who love the Branson area. We enjoy having our children and their families join us there for a time of fun and relaxation.

We love the location because of the closeness to Lake Taneycomo and having the golf course right out our back door. It is spacious and gives us plenty of room for our grand kids.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

1. 5 minute walk to clubhouse and pools.
2. #1 and #2 greens right off our patio.
3. 3 minute walk to Lake Taneycomo.
4. 15 minute drive to all major attractions (and Walmart!).
5. 15 minutes (usual traffic) to Silver Dollar City.
