Première fois dans un programme de location depuis plus d'une décennie - cette maison est dans un état impeccable. Deuxième maison en rangée, mais avec un terrain vague de l'autre côté de la rue, cette maison a une vue complète sur l'océan. Passerelle privée à la plage - et cette partie de la plage est entre deux accès publics et est moins encombrée et plus privée. Deux salons avec de grands téléviseurs à écran et lecteurs DVD. Stéréo. Cheminée à bois. Quatre chambres, trois salles de bains et douche extérieure. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, four, cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes / four à convection et lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie. Deux vérandas grillagées - une avec des chaises à bascule donnant sur l'océan, et l'autre avec un coin repas en plein air. Hamac sur le porche. Table de ping-pong sous la maison. Barbecue grill. Rampe donne un accès handicapé au premier étage. Espace pour jusqu'à six voitures sous la maison - vous ne serez pas mouillé quand il pleut! Rangement verrouillable sous la maison pour les clubs de golf, etc.

The two screened porches were lovely. The upstairs bunk room was so roomy and nice for a big group. The bedrooms were comfortable. I enjoyed our stay!

Happy in SoCo

This is one of the best properties we have ever rented. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, lots of space for everyone The weather wasn’t great but the property sure was!

Perfect Family Time at Pawleys

ONLY THING I CAN SAY BAD IS MATTRESSES WHERE VERY ROCK HARD AND NO TV IN MATSER BEDROOM I HAVE TO HAVE TV TO GO TO SLEEP WITH EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SO GREAT

Thank you so much for your review. Unfortunately beds in vacation rentals can sometimes have the Goldilocks syndrome. Some people like hard beds and some people like soft bed so we apologize if you do not like the bed. The owner also does not have a TV in the master because that is their personal preference. In the future you can always ask for a noise machine and we would be more than happy to bring a noise machine over to plug-in in the bedroom to maybe help you sleep better. There had been pets in the house previously as there was pet hair on rugs, but other than that the house was very clean. The private walkway to the beach was very nice to have.

Some owners have their personal pets in their homes but do not allow guests to bring their own pets - the one of many perks of owning a beach house. Great appliances, beds were comfy, HUGE living space upstairs and loads of screened in porch area. The view is fantastic and the private walk to the beach was a big plus. Our area of the beach was not crowded at all. We would love to come visit this property again! (We also really like renting with this rental agency - they are super courteous and helpful.
