Seulement un saut, sauter et un saut à la plage !!! Traversée des pélicans

Première fois dans un programme de location depuis plus d'une décennie - cette maison est dans un état impeccable. Deuxième maison en rangée, mais avec un terrain vague de l'autre côté de la rue, cette maison a une vue complète sur l'océan. Passerelle privée à la plage - et cette partie de la plage est entre deux accès publics et est moins encombrée et plus privée. Deux salons avec de grands téléviseurs à écran et lecteurs DVD. Stéréo. Cheminée à bois. Quatre chambres, trois salles de bains et douche extérieure. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, four, cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes / four à convection et lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie. Deux vérandas grillagées - une avec des chaises à bascule donnant sur l'océan, et l'autre avec un coin repas en plein air. Hamac sur le porche. Table de ping-pong sous la maison. Barbecue grill. Rampe donne un accès handicapé au premier étage. Espace pour jusqu'à six voitures sous la maison - vous ne serez pas mouillé quand il pleut! Rangement verrouillable sous la maison pour les clubs de golf, etc.

Great appliances, beds were comfy, HUGE living space upstairs and loads of screened in porch area. The view is fantastic and the private walk to the beach was a big plus. Our area of the beach was not crowded at all. We would love to come visit this property again! (We also really like renting with this rental agency - they are super courteous and helpful.
