The property exceeded expectations. My family and I found the space to be even larger and nicer than expected. It is a great location and close to plenty. Ten of us stayed in the house comfortably with enough private and common space to enjoy ten days of vacation time.

Villa was fantastic.. Maria was superb in helping us during our stay. Villa is up a very steep hill so need to be fairly active if you are travelling without a car. Restaurants and bars plus beach are within walking distance though.

Stunning Villa with Exceptional Hospitality

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful luxury villa. The premises were immaculate, and the attention to detail in every room was evident. The views exceeded our expectations—truly better than advertised.What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Our host was incredibly kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The host generously pushed back the turnover service on our departure day, which gave us extra time to relax and avoid waiting at the airport—a kind gesture that made a big difference.The villa was well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared for a group of ten, from ample towels and linens to kitchen and laundry essentials. We appreciated the high-quality bedding and linens, and the beds were very comfortable. TVs in each room came preloaded with standard streaming apps under the host’s account, which was a nice convenience.The host also welcomed us with a generous selection of essentials and snacks, including eggs, milk, juice, and water—such a thoughtful touch. The host was readily available throughout our stay, always prompt and helpful with tips and local information.A few things to note: While the listing advertises five bedrooms, there are really four—three traditional bedrooms and one small fold-out couch in a passthrough area that’s not ideal for young children, particularly due to its layout and proximity to a sliding door and balcony. This was a bit of a challenge for our

Excellent séjour de 10 jours à Théo Luxury Villa.Notre hôtesse, Maria, a pris contact avec nous la veille de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu planifier cette arrivée en fonction de notre atterrissage. Une fois sur place, les instructions étaient claires: la villa est magnifique et conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Notre groupe de 10 personnes (4 parents et 6 enfants de plus de 20 ans) a occupé l’intégralité du logement. Un premier espace niveau piscine avec cuisine, salle de bain et chambre double, suivi de 2 niveaux composés chacun d’une chambre double avec une salle de bain commune. Le deuxième espace se trouve au N-1, deux chambres double spacieuses et très lumineuses, une salle de bain, une cuisine et une grande terrasse. La maison est extrêmement bien conçu et dispose de beaucoup d’espace pour que chacun puisse trouver le calme.Nous avons apprécié à notre arrivée de trouver de quoi petit déjeuner le lendemain matin et un équipement de 1ere nécessité (riz, pâtes, huile,..)Un ménage intermédiaire a été effectué à mi-séjour et planifié à notre convenance.La localisation de la villa permet de faire facilement la partie ouest de l’île et ses plages magnifiques.
