Venez profiter de Lanikai, la nouvelle maison de Water’s Edge, un beau quartier fermé en bord de mer. Water’s Edge se trouve au sein de la communauté de Seacrest Beach, à côté de Rosemary Beach et à distance de marche de tous les magasins et restaurants des deux communautés.

Lanikai, qui signifie «paradis de la mer» en hawaïen est un nom parfait pour décrire cet endroit paradisiaque. Cette maison de plage offre cinq chambres, quatre salles de bain et demi et une chambre dans la tour. Trois des chambres ont des lits king et une salle de bain privée. Les deux autres chambres, l'une avec un lit king-size et l'autre avec des lits superposés jumeaux, partagent une grande salle de bains dans le hall.

Les espaces de vie, au premier étage, sont spacieux et confortables avec des tons doux kaki et bleu. Il y a une sensation de chalet Old Florida dans toute la maison et aucun détail n'a été négligé.

L'intérieur a été conçu et nommé par un designer local très acclamé. La piscine privée entoure l'arrière de la maison. Il y a une terrasse couverte et une terrasse ensoleillée autour de la piscine avec de nombreuses chaises longues et tables en teck. La ligne de palmiers derrière la maison offre beaucoup d'intimité et vous guide vers la plage en seulement 2-3 minutes Pas d'autoroutes très fréquentées pour les enfants à traverser!

We had a great time in this house. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We had the pool heated which was a great alternative for the few chilly days we had. We would definitely rent this house again. We had a little issue with the AC at the beginning of the visit but the house manager had an AC person out the very same day. They were super easy to work with.

I thought the property was well maintained. Very clean, Amazing location. We enjoyed our stay very much! Has everything you want and need! The photos don’t do it justice everything was perfect!

Great week at the Lanakai house!

Our family had such an amazing time at this home. There is plenty of space for everyone and the heated pool was a hit with the kids. We enjoyed the short walk to a private beach and all of the shops/restaurants. We will be back!!

Wonderful stay!

Our large family had an excellent time during our stay. This house fit all of our needs and then some. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a private pool and access to the beach without crossing a busy street. We will cherish these vacation memories for a lifetime. Thank you!!!

A perfect house for our family. Even arcade games! Pool used daily. Very short, and quite pretty walk to an absolutely beautiful white sand beach!

Great location house needs love.

Awesome location. House needs to be updated or at least a little love. Plenty of space, pool was great and you can’t beat the location. House needs to be repainted, lights are different colors which made the house look run down and there are no drawers to put clothing. Overall the house is spacious and accommodated our needs.

We love the space too with the 2 dens, gameroom, pool deck, large bedrooms with armoires and chest of drawers and plenty of closet space, etc. The home was recently painted inside, new shower/tub caulking, new furniture added, pool redone, decking redone, new grills, new rug, new kitchen ware, dishes, cups, pots and pans, utensils, bedding, pillows, linens, etc. Lanikai House does see "a lot of love"! Each week it sees at least 18 people of foot traffic in and out. Blessings! Rhonda

Fabulous in every way!

Our kids and grandkids are scattered across the US but we were able to all gather together at your lovely home during the holidays. It was perfect! Your large well equipped and decorated home provided plenty of space for the 12 of us to both be together and to have space to get away by ourselves. The heated pool was a favorite of the family home activities and the beautiful beach was just a short stroll from the home. We all agreed that our stay was perfect! Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

The house comfortably fit our 4 families, king sized beds for everyone was an awesome bonus!! The pool was a perfect size, the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all…. I will say, there are 3 flights of stairs to get TO the beach but honestly that is my ONLY complaint. The owners were super friendly and very quick to respond. The house was very clean and accommodating. Great little gated community with shops and places to eat within walking distance. Can’t say enough GOOD things! Definitely adding this place to our favorites!

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful vacation at Lanikai this spring. The neighborhood is nice & private, but close enough to everything. For a family with young children it was great to have a private (and heated) pool and the beach so close by. The chair service definitely made beach-going a lot easier. Rosemary beach w/ all the restaurants and shopping is so close by that we hardly used our car the entire week. We biked or walked wherever we needed to go. The house was spacious and generally well kept. Had all the amenities you would need/expect. Certainly worth a return visit. The house is spacious and generally well kept.

Cute house with amazing location

Obsessed with the neighborhood and the home in general! Everything we could have hoped for and more with four small kids. When we checked in though, the home was not clean. It looked as though they had quickly wiped down surfaces and made beds with clean linens. I contacted the property manager with my concerns and she immediately addressed them and had the cleaning company come back the same day. The company was very nice and the woman who came back was very apologetic and did a wonderful job. Our concern was addressed and handled in a very good way. Overall would stay again!

The best house on 30A

Perfect is the only word to describe this home. Location, layout, beach access, pool, arcade room, beautifully decorated, walking distance to shops and restaurants. I can go on and on. This was our second time in Rosemary beach but hopefully the last home will we will ever rent there because it was so perfect and we hope to build memories for a lifetime at the Lanaki. If you are looking for the best location and home for your family in Rosemary, look no further. We are anxiously awaiting our next trip there!

Booking Lanikai again

Lanikai was perfect! The home was bigger than we expected, super cozy, plenty of places to gather and relax, easy access to the beach and only steps away. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony seating and heated pool. The small quaint neighborhood is filled with super friendly people and many owners on site. Beautiful sunrises - a week is never enough at Lanikai!

Very nice but read the fine print

We enjoyed our stay very much and the home is exceptional. Lanikai has everything you could ever want and we really loved the fact that the pool was heated to 90 degrees. The finishes are high end and it is decorated beautifully. What prompts the four star instead of five rating is the fact that the basics weren't provided. We needed to supply our own dish washer detergent, trash bags, paper towels and even toilet paper! We've rented VRBOs all over the country and had never run into this before. Lanikai also has its own website listing it as "gulf view". It is not, nor is it "beachside". We found this to be very misleading. The very short walk to the beach is lovely, however, and I would recommend this property any time.

Sorry for the confusion - Waters Edge is on the south side of 30a and we would consider that beachside because you do not cross the road. Sorry for the confusion. We have always supplied our houses with starter paper towels....etc. We try to communicate you will need to go the grocery for these items for the week. I was not aware other homes provided this. I do agree the view is gone with new construction in recent years and will change this on VRBO.

Great Stay

Rhonda and Phillip, We wanted to tell you what a wonderful week we had at Lanikai. We have been visiting the 30-A area for 15 years and this trip certainly rated as one of our best trips. The convenience of your house to the beach just can't be beat and cooling off at the pool was a perfect end to great days. The chair service is terrific because you do not have to drag a lot to the beach. We rented a couple of extra chairs to go along with the chairs that are provided as part of the rental. The kitchen, dining room and family room accommodated our large group very well. We are looking forward to coming back next year!! Thanks
