Lounge by the private pool after a sun-soaked day on the beach, or unwind in the thoughtfully updated interiors, featuring modern coastal decor and elegant hardwood floors.

Enjoy al fresco dining by the pool after preparing a gourmet meal in the chef’s kitchen, or gather in the open-concept living and dining area, perfect for quality time with family and friends. The third-floor guest suite features a balcony and offers peaceful Gulf views. The guest suite features a living space—complete with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and wet bar. This area is a great private room and creates a cozy retreat for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Damage Deposit Hold: $1,800 incidental hold is placed 24 hours before arrival. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
Parking: 3 standard size vehicles permitted.
Amenity Starter Pack: Includes 5 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, 5 trash bags, and a laundry pod pack.
Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, a Keurig machine, and a traditional drip coffee maker.
Bikes: 2 Complimentary bicycles are included! Additional bicycles can be rented from our vendor for an extra fee. Inquire upon booking for more information.
Golf Carts: Not Permitted Per The HOA.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: A complimentary chair and umbrella set are included March - October. Additional sets can be rented for an extra fee. Inquire with the vendor upon arrival for more information.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with shower.
1st Floor, Living Area, dining area, and kitchen.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with large shower and dual sinks.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, TV and private balcony.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: Guest suite with a king bed, separate sleeping space with full sleeper sofa, TV, wet bar, and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The 3rd floor balcony features Gulf and 30A views.

Private Beach Access

From the front of the home, head south on Geoff Wilder lane as it curves around to the left and after a few more steps, you'll find your beach boardwalk (accessible via the provided wristbands).
Distance: 500 feet | Time: 2 minutes walking | A complimentary beach chair and umbrella set is included during the months of March - October. Additional sets can be rented for an extra fee.

About the Area

You'll love the close proximity of Rosemary Beach immediately to the east, and Alys Beach just a short walk to the west for dining and local activities. The bike and walking trail along 30A is conveniently located right outside the neighborhood gate.

Restrictions

No pets allowed.
No monthly rental discounts.
Length of stay restrictions may apply.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
No smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
Guests must sign the rental agreement and agree to all terms. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Parking is only available for two vehicles.
No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available.
Golf Carts are prohibited by the HOA.

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations of HOA rules or disturbances will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
