Outstanding property; very well appointed.Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking, dining, etc. Lovely location, great restaurants, markets, walking or short taxi to major sites, attractions, parks, shopping and more. Our host Javier was the absolute best ever. He met us upon arrival, reviewe the amazing guide and map he had put together for guests: restaurants, site seeing, shopping and more. All of party want to return to this lovely apartment. Thank you Javier!!

Everything was perfect for 5 reasonably active seniors (ages 66 to 79). We stayed 28 days. Notable features: Full baths for each of the 3 rooms (2 modern stand up showers and 1 tub with shower); spacious primary suite; very well-equipped kitchen; essential laundry (modern washing machine / air dry); modern elevator; beautiful building / floors; good common space in the apartment for eating and relaxing; good tv and WiFi; windows to open on cool mornings. Two more things stand out most of all: Our host Javier was fantastic (welcoming, friendly, responsive, very helpful); the location could not be better (grocery / pharmacy / clinics on or around the corner, uncountable restaurants within a block or two, and every must see event or site in the city within walking distance). We were sad to leave and would feel fortunate to return!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Javier and his apartment! It was immaculate and contained everything we needed for six adults to stay for a week. He replied immediately to every question we had. His excellent assistant Natalia met us at check-in and supplied us with tons of info. regarding the neighborhood, restaurants, and sights to see. The street where the apartment is located is remarkably quiet and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Nothing was more than an easy 20-minute walk away. Javier was even so kind as to arrange a terrific driver to take us to the airport at 6 in the morning. We highly recommend Javier and his beautiful apartment to anyone visiting Seville.

I cannot recommend this property and visiting beautiful Sevilla enough! The apartment was immaculately maintained, spacious, beautiful, and perfectly located for the stay with our family. Close to all of the sites and great restaurants/shopping but also quiet and safe. Javier is a truly exceptional host. He greeted us to show us the property and provided us any pertinent information we could have possibly needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great stay in a great location

I booked this place for 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 3 and 3 months). This place was perfect. It was large and central to everything in Seville. The host spent a lot of time showing us everything to see in Seville. Great stay, I would book again in a heartbeat

January escape

Spent three weeks at this location to get away from the Canadian winter. Perfect location to see and do everything but also to just live within the community. Everything you need just minutes away.
