Cette maison de plage de bain de 2-1 / 2 étages de trois chambres offre plus de 2000 pieds carr��s d'espace de vie et véranda.

Vous trouverez un salon spacieux, salle à manger et cuisine entièrement équip��e avec comptoir de petit déjeuner, r��frigérateur avec machine à glaçons, machine �� glaçons, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Juste à côté de la salle de séjour est un grand porche arri��re blindé avec des si��ges �� l'extérieur.

La suite principale a une grande salle de bain principale avec baignoire jardin, douche vitrée séparée, double vasque et salle de commode s��par��e. Les autres caract��ristiques comprennent une douche ext��rieure, des plafonds de 10 pieds, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, et beaucoup de zones de stockage.

It does need some repairs and update but in general like it.

A wonderful home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is just great. Apparently, it was remodeled during the Covid break, so the pictures do not currently reflect the decor. Sadly, the owners have painted the entire inside of the property yellow (every single room) and all of the fun colors are gone... from both the walls and the bed linens. The property is still beautiful and very functional. Our favorite place is the screened in porch. We had three issues when we arrived and the Martinique staff resolved everything before noon our first day! They are wonderful.We had plenty of lovely white towels in both of the bathrooms. The mattresses on the beds are very nice. My one complaint is the bed linens. The sheets and coverlets are very thin and 100%l polyester. Not comfortable at all. There were no extra blankets. We had to rob some covers from the unused bunk beds. We even used mattress pads (in the closets... not on the beds??) as covers. And, again, the linens are all white. All fun colors gone.All of the amenities listed are present. Do remember... you will need to bring dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. You will also need salt/pepper, spices, etc. and anything else you will need for cooking your meals. There are plenty of pots/pans, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, flatware and cooking utensils.Definitely recommend this property!!

The beach and pools were so nice. Our only wish was that the pools were heated since we traveled during Spring Break and it wasn't very warm yet. I would highly recommend this home for your travel needs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lil Bit of Sunshine was dirty and disappointing. Loved the home and all the decorations just not the dirt that went with it. Floors appeared to not been mopped in a while. When daughter flipped covers back to go to sleep found hair in bed. Reported next day and didn’t get the concern we felt was needed. This was our eighteenth year coming here and was highly disappointed. Also, was ask to check out early due to Covid 19 deep clean that is required after each rental 😡When I told the front desk again how disappointed we were her response was we are going with a different cleaning service Monday😡Where does this leave my family and the affect this had on our vacation?Rugs and carpet were black! Just plain nasty! Disappointed with how this was handled and if I was this owner of this home I would be totally upset!
