Le meilleur des deux mondes! Cette belle propriĂ©tĂ© (1506 Sandpiper Ln 8B, Gulf Shores, AL, 36542) se trouve sur Little Lagoon avec 2 balcons pour profiter de la vue sur l'eau. A proximitĂ© se trouvent une piscine et un quai parfaits pour pĂȘcher ou profiter des couchers de soleil. Il est Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons Ă  pied du Golfe avec un accĂšs public. Le Perch on Little Lagoon est situĂ© dans la communautĂ© On Golden Pond.

Il dispose de 3 chambres et un loft avec des lits jumeaux. La chambre au premier étage est sur le thÚme du phare et dispose d'un lit queen avec une salle de bain partagée. Il y a un placard pour les propriétaires et les invités dans cette piÚce. Il y a un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon.

A l'étage dispose d'une mezzanine avec lits jumeaux et salle de bains, une deuxiÚme chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain. La chambre principale dispose d'un balcon privé offrant une vue complÚte sur l'eau du Little Lagoon et d'une salle de bains privative. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse au deuxiÚme étage.

Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert de la cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salon a une vue magnifique sur le lagon. La cuisine a tous les Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels pour cuisiner pendant votre sĂ©jour. Juste en face du condo, il y a une piscine commune et un quai de pĂȘche avec des barques de bateau pour les petits bateaux ou les jet-skis (premier arrivĂ©, premier servi). Les petites embarcations ou les remorques de jet ski doivent ĂȘtre installĂ©es sous le carport. Sous carport tiendra deux voitures. Les roulottes de voyage, les maisons de voyage et les grandes remorques de bateaux n'ont pas accĂšs au stationnement sur la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Ce condo a plus d'une atmosphĂšre aĂ©rĂ©e et chaleureuse maison de plage parce que c'est un duplex au lieu d'une grande hauteur. Cette zone offre une variĂ©tĂ© d'activitĂ©s pour les visiteurs de tous Ăąges. Il y a de belles plages de sable blanc, le zoo Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, Fort Gaines, OWA, le quai, Waterville, faire du shopping Ă  Tanger Outlets, pĂȘcher, faire du bateau ou du jet ski et bien plus encore.

Loved the lagoon

We loved our stay here. We had the best of both worlds with the lagoon and dock at the house, and the beach a short walk across the street. We were able to fish, kayak and paddle board in the lagoon. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had a beautiful view and was very clean. The owner did a great job with a detailed book on how to use everything. Check in process was very easy. I highly recommend this house!

Our July 4th vacation at Gulf Shores

This vacation home worked great for a vacation with family including grand kids. The pool and pier were a huge plus with the grand kids either swimming, or fishing. The walk to the beach was no more than 7 minutes and this was a really good location to ride bikes. This home meet all our needs and we had a very good week at Golden Pond.

Wonderful stay!!

This house was so cute and the location was awesome. The owners were great with communication and were quick to help with the washing machine when I had an issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool location was great and the dock and lagoon were a great addition. The walk to the beach was very easy to do daily and there was plenty of beach supplies in the downstairs shower. My family loved it and cannot wait to return.

Second time to stay here

This was our second time to stay here and we weren’t disappointed. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. The pool is just out the back door which is perfect for our grandkids along with the little beach area and fishing pier. The beach is just a short walk away. The owner is very responsive. We hope to be able to book and come back again next year!

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

The pictures didn’t do it justice. The house was so beautiful. The beds were comfortable. There were TVs, DVD players in all the rooms. The kids loved using the pool. Quick access to the beach. We absolutely loved the home and loved our time in Gulf Shores. Would highly recommend this house!

Beach and Softball

Great property. Everyone had plenty of room and bathroom space. Pool is very close. But a bit crowded for the size of the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. 30 minute drive to Foley Softball fields. Great stay overall. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend

Wonderful place! Right on the sound with a dock to fish. Pool right in the back door. You can monitor the “big kids” at both places from the deck. A bit of a walk to the beach, but worth it! Owners fill the spice pantry, which was a plus. Good communication with owners as well. Highly recommend Perk and Pop’s Perch!

Love the view

My family Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Perk and Pops on Little Lagoon. It was wonderful. Having the pool at our doorstep, the pier also right in front and the beach access just a block away with parking at the road so you don’t have to even walk the block and carry everything was awesome. We have stayed on the Lagoon side once before a couple of years ago but this house was much nicer. Very clean and had everything you need

Great stay on golden pond

My family of 5 and our friends family of 4 stayed on golden pond for our fall break. There was more than enough space to accommodate us all. The beach gear was ample. Kitchen was stocked so well! Spices galore and that was a big plus for us as we cooked most meals in. Everything was clean and well kept. Would absolutely be back if the occasion arises.

Awesome week

We had the best week at this house. House is located in the perfect spot with the lagoon and the pool at the back of house and beach very close. Went with ten which included an elderly father who hasn't been on vacation with us in over 20 yrs and he loved sitting on the balcony watching people in the pool and fishing from the pier. He even commented that he would love to live there forever. Loved loved loved this place.

Perfect Location!!

We had THE BEST stay!! The property was extremely clean, which is a MUST for me! We appreciated all of the extras :coffee, paper products, foil, detergent, garbage bags, towels, chip clips, etc.... The fishing dock was updated from the pics and our 5 boys spent HOURS fishing! They caught tons of fish, crabs, and stingrays. The beach was just a short walk. We are looking forward to a return trip!!

Family vacation

We've stayed here twice now. Owner responds immediately with issues. Beach stuff is there too is, even a wagon. I would suggest going to The Hangout and using Bay Side Boat Rental. The only issue was the weather; it messed up our boat ride, but the owner was great to work with. It's always nice to work with people with integrity, and that's what you get with this owner.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. The best part was being directly in front of the pool and having the lagoon views. The pool did get a bit crowded at times, but wasn’t terrible. The pool does need some love- the bottom is very rough and over the course of our week stay was never vacuumed. Sand covered the bottom of one end. This was at no fault of the unit owner though, as it is a shared community pool. We had some issues with the unit’s lock, but the owner was very prompt and helpful. We were very happy with our stay, and would definitely rent this unit again!

Better than advertised, truly remarkable place.

My family and I need time to reconnect with each other and this place was fantastic. The house is better than advertised, and it only gets better from there. The location is 2 blocks (short blocks) from the beach. Close stores, shops and restaurants. My older son and I like to fish, and there were of places to do that. There is all kinds of recreational activities in the area, but honestly, why? When the beach and the pool and the doc is right there for you to enjoy—which we did. Stay in one night playing “uno” — we laughed and talked and caught up with each other. I am sure the owners are nice? But we never had to call them, not once! Everything worked just as we had hoped. Thanks Ron for the great vacation, we’ll almost certainly be back again. Cheers!

Superbly Perfect Get Away

Not one thing would I change about this property! The location is stunningly beautiful with the gulf, pier, and swimming pool directly in front of us. The couple block walk to the sandy gulf shore was quick and easy so that going many times a day is so easy! The kitchen was amazingly stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, spices, utensils, cookware, and place settings. I packed many kitchen items that I would not have needed to bring. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets and towels were (I am guessing) professionally cleaned. Everything was very clean and well thought through. Interestingly, we did not use the multiple television systems because we spent time rather enjoying the accommodations, family time, and surrounding area, but we did enjoy one movie night at the house. There are boogie boards, mats for the beach, and sand toys to make enjoying the beach possible without making those investments. Seriously, not one thing would I change about this property, and all six of us (ages ranging from 60 - 14) agree!
