This was a wonderful place to stay! Wish we had a chance to spend more time in the lovely yard by the river. Beds veryy comfortable and plenty of space for 4. The only reason I gave the place 4 stars rather than 5 is because certain amenities were missing: hair dryer, iron, no lamps around bed, cell service a bit spotty (not the owner's fault...probably true throughout area.) but all in all, very good value!

Would definitely stay again! Made good use of the grill and fire pit by the creek. Beware the faucet in the bathroom as it wants to spray you with water. But, other than that, this place was perfect.

This guest overstayed their checkout time. They were very negative as soon as they arrived. But to lie when I have them leaving way after check out on my cameras is a warning to ALL STR owners. Do not rent to this person. In addition one gnat was seen by my very professional cleaning crew, which tells me they are trying to get money back. Do not trust.

5 stars across the board! Super communicative host, even offered to change cleaning crew schedule to accommodate our needs. There is a beautiful creek going through the back yard. It’s lovely. I feel like pictures dont do it justice. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Sweet home to stay in. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 12 and it was spacious for all of us. Kids loved the game room. Only thing my family was not use to was there was only one tv in the main room and my husband likes the noise of a TV to fall asleep. Ha ha I enjoyed the peace. Beautiful scenery of the stream in the back. Thanks for hosting will stay again when we are up that way.

My friends and I wanted a 3 bedroom house to share while we attended a concert at Bethel Woods (instead of a big hotel room). We found this place and since we all enjoy the outdoors thought it would be nice for even only one night. It was delightful! About 30 minutes from the concert. Toni was very responsive and easy to work with. There was a mixup in the arrival time between what she generally does and what the VRBO website said, but she was responsive and was able to adjust and meet our needs. She is quick and thorough in her responses and entry directions. We all highly recommend this property and Toni. It is quiet, there are heaps of birds in the morning, and we watched a little fawn feast on the small garden while we sipped our morning coffee.
