Moderne 3/2 avec piscine chauffée, jacuzzi et cour clôturée

Maison unifamiliale 3/2 récemment rénovée avec piscine privée chauffée et jacuzzi. La nouvelle cuisine comprend tous les appareils en acier inoxydable avec armoires refaites et coin repas. La salle de bain principale vient d'être entièrement rénovée avec de belles nouvelles tuiles et une douche à effet pluie. La chambre principale est équipée d'un tout nouveau matelas (Simmons Beautyrest) de taille King (novembre 2018). Les deux chambres d'hôtes sont meublées avec des ensembles de lit queen. Les matelas et les oreillers sont recouverts de protecteurs hypoallergéniques qui sont lavés professionnellement entre chaque locataire. House est proche de la I-75, de l'aéroport RSW (Fort Myers) Mirormar Outlet Malls, du Gulf Coast Town Center Mall et de nombreux autres endroits pour faire du shopping et dîner. Le quartier est sympathique et sûr et le propriétaire a du personnel sur appel si quelque chose est nécessaire.

Pool was very nice. Hot tub was hot enough, and the app to control everything in the hot tub and pool was very convenient.The house was well equipped, including beach chairs and umbrellas.

This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals over the years. This one had those little things you appreciate. All of the kitchen items and tools you would expect from a house that has been lived in that seem to always be missing from other rentals. Alex communicated very well and was helpful when needed. The home itself is very livable. Very nice kitchen that flows well to the eating area and family room suited 4-6 adults comfortably. The pool area is fantastic. If there was one thing that I would consider "missing" is a gas grill but the charcoal grill was there.

Great place to stay if you want to be in FT Meyers .The airport is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Alex is great to work with.

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.
