Green Farm is a beautifully refurbished Grade II listed Cotswold holiday home which sleeps 11 guests (see Finer Details), in five generously sized bedrooms, with two bathrooms. This spacious countryside retreat has been lovingly restored and offers a perfect blend of period charm and modern comfort for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a truly idyllic setting. On the ground floor you are greeted by a charming country kitchen, fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and a cosy snug which offers a delightful space to curl up with a good book or enjoy a quiet moment. Beyond the snug, both the dining and sitting rooms boast wood burners, perfect for those cosy nights in beside a crackling fire. The beautiful gardens and grounds include an orchard, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and fire pit, as well as a hot tub! Green Farm is also a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for three medium sized dogs.

The Finer Details
The maximum occupancy for this property is 11 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 10. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to five cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Please note that Green Farm is best suited to peaceful, family-style stays. Please take consideration whilst booking as the property is not appropriate for parties, hen or stag groups, or events of any kind

Green Farm has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us

We had a few issues with Green Farm but the main one, was it should have been cleaner than it was.Lots of cobwebs, nail cuttings on the lounge coffee table and uncleaned Barbecue.For the money we paid, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect salt and pepper, some tea and coffee and some shower gel in the 2 showers. Lastly for such a lovely property, the cheapest possible toilet paper was not acceptable either.These are small points that would have cost no more than 10 in total.In contrast the bed linen, was of the highest quality.

Green farm house

Beautiful house, has all the things we needed to cater for a large family. Hot tub and pizza oven were lovely additions to the outside and despite the rain we still managed to enjoy being in the garden. Would definitely record this house and would stay again.

Family get together 4 generations

We stayed at green farm to celebrate my 70th birthday travelling from various parts of the UK and USA. The house is beautiful with decor in keeping with the character of the house. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and soft fluffy towels. The kitchen is well equipped and we managed to Russell up meals for 11 of us easily. Evenings sat around the log fire playing games or chatting were very relaxed. We particularly loved the outside space having an enclosed garden for the dog and a toddler helped. The hot tub was brilliant even in February. We would love to stay again perhaps in autumn when water levels may be lower so we can enjoy the local walks and make use of the outdoor kitchen and relax in the garden. The house is located within easy reach of places of interest for those wanting to explore the area. We would highly recommend Green Farm

A family stay with grown up children.

We had a wonderful midweek stay at Green Farm, as a group of 5 adults and a whippet. It is an idyllic Cotswold stone country farmhouse, in a really beautiful, quiet, private setting and is equipped with all you could ask for. The accommodation throughout is spacious and very comfortable with excellent quality decor and furnishings. It is also very well situated to enjoy all the local attractions and is a short walk from the town, where there are some lovely food shops stocking local fresh produce. We would all love to return one day.
