The Tallat is a stunning barn conversion which sleeps 8+2 guests, in four comfortable bedrooms, with the +2 option being pull out beds for children, with two modern bathrooms. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a stylish dining room, perfect for enjoying sumptuous dinners. French doors open out to an enclosed garden, ideal for alfresco meals and leisurely afternoons. A bright, welcoming living room with a cosy log burner provides the perfect place to unwind after a day spent discovering the local area. The Tallat is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one medium sized dog.

Ten-seater dining table, two armchairs and window seat

Washing machine, tumble dryer, long hanging clothes airer, sink, vacuum, iron and ironing board
Boot room with cloakroom
Bench with shoe racks, and coat hooks

Master bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2+1)
King size bed, pull out bed (available on request for a child under 18), walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV with apps (account holders only), dressing table with stool, chest of drawers and hairdryer
Ensuite with walk-in shower with separate handheld shower attachment, loo, basin and heated towel rail

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 8. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic)
Off street parking is available for up to 3 cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
1 medium sized dog is welcome for an additional ÂŁ40 per booking. For pet rules, please visit our FAQs

Mobile phone reception is poor, so WiFi calling is recommended
3 Smart TVs (guests to use their own login details)

Stone steps lead up from the outdoor seating area to the lawn, and there are sloping ceilings in the bedrooms and metal beam supports throughout the landing
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
The pull out beds, available on request, are 75cm wide and suitable for children up to the age of 18
