Nethercote Maison est un merveilleux 6 chambres propriété traditionnelle en pierre Cotswold datant d'environ 1780 offre toutes les commodités de la vie moderne de jour suivant une rénovation complète. À l'avant de la propriété est un mur Cotswold traditionnel en pierre avec un chemin menant à la fois la porte d'entrée et la porte de la buanderie. Pour le côté est une allée gravillonnée pour garer jusqu'à 4 voitures et des portes en bois massif avec une serrure de sécurité d'accès. Derrière les portes est une nouvelle aire de stationnement pour un 2 voitures supplémentaires si nécessaire. Il ya un jardin de bonne taille fermée par un mur de pierre à trois côtés qui est principalement gazonné et frontières bien garni. Un grand patio peut être consultée directement via portes françaises de la cuisine / salle à manger et a une grande table et chaises pour 8 personnes et un banc de pique-nique en assurant de nombreux sièges à l'extérieur. Pendant les mois d'été, un barbecue est disponible. La salle de jeux est situé dans un bâtiment revêtu de bois dans le jardin arrière et dispose d'une table de tennis de table et baby-foot.

Lovely house in a great location. The only big problem for me was that the bathrooms weren’t clean, black mold growing on seals and tile grout and even I onto the carpet. Easily rectified. The out door table with chairs is no longer there. Another bench/table has been added.

We four retired teachers thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Its close proximity to town allowed us to walk everywhere! Plus the rental car was given a rest for a day or two! The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. With two living rooms and a kitchen-dining space, we had plenty of room to cook, play cards, and relax. Communications with the management company as well as Michael, our host, went smoothly. If we someday return to the Cotswolds, this home will be our rental of choice.

We booked for a birthday getaway with family and had a great time!The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the size of the house is perfect for the amount of people we booked for.The location is perfect - out of the way but less than a 10 minute walk into the village.The only thing I’d change is the carpet in the bathrooms as they’re stained from getting wet and have a bit of a funny smell.We parked 4 cars on the drive comfortably but wouldn’t say you’d get 6 like mentioned in the listing.Would recommend staying here if you’re a big group wanting to stay in Bourton on the Water! Thank you Michael for having us

We parked 3 largish cars comfortably. Overall cleanliness was fine. Kitchen was very well equipped with more than enough china, cutlery & utensils. However it needed a bit of a "deep clean" - drawers and shelves etc. Recycling was a struggle but probably down to council providing more/bigger bins. Location is excellent with everything on doorstep

Beautiful house with secluded garden and right in the centre of Bourton on the Water. Plenty of crockery, and kitchen utensils with 2 fridges and a freezer.Very well equipped.Only 6 of us stayed as we all like a bedroom each and nice bedding, pillows and towels.3 large picnic benches in the garden and the table tennis in the large games shed was brilliant fun.There was an issue with the email with all the key/ gate codes going to my spam folder so struggled to get in and when I phoned the host for help he was in Australia!! No reply as obviously in the middle of the night for him.. Had to go to a pub to get WiFi to read my emails and managed to find the codes. Not a great start and apparently the management company didn’t know we were coming!! It had luckily all been cleaned with new bedding towels etc but final checks had not been done. A few issues at the beginning but Caroline who was so lovely, from the management company sorted everything out the next day.Would definitely stay here again at this beautiful Cotswolds stone house.

The welcome basket was lovely, thank you very much. Also my communication with the owner was very positive. Checking in was simple and clear. Location is excellent.We did have a lovely time.We would have liked to have the following things;A coffee machine or some way of making proper coffee, hence we bought a Cafetiere and left it at the house. More firewood would have been lovely. Also a few dishwasher tablets would be helpful.

Communication with the host was very easy. House was great for our party of 11 (3 generations) with plenty of room to both be together, but also find space. Excellent location with a short stroll into Bourton On The Water- so no need to use the cars. Room for 6 cars to park overall a good experience.

Stunning property, in a wonderful location.Very thoughtful basket of provisions which was very much appreciated.Clean, well maintained house with plenty of equipment in a peaceful location with lovely sun trap garden.Easy short walk into town centre and property manager very helpful when we got a little lost.All in all a lovely time was had by everyone and would thoroughly recommend this property.

Nethercote House is a wonderful 6 bedroom traditional Cotswold stone property dating back to approximately 1780 that offers all the conveniences of modern day living following an extensive renovation.

Located only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village, Nethercote House is within striking distance of all the attractions and amenities that Bourton on the Water has on offer, as well as being a perfect central base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, 3 reception rooms including a fantastic open plan kitchen/diner, off road parking for up to 6 cars, a private walled garden and a games room.

Bourton on the Water is world renowned as one of the must visit locations in the Cotswolds. The idyllic village, with the River Windrush running through it's heart, has shopping and dining a plenty and a plethora of traditional Cotswold properties that give Bourton its special feel.

The house sleeps a maximum of 14 people in 6 bedrooms. There is a twin room on the ground floor overlooking the garden at the rear serviced by a shower room.

The first floor has a shower room , 2 doubles, a twin room and the Master suite complete with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate walk in shower.

The second floor (in the attic space) has one bedroom with 4 single beds.
