Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances à la plage: vélos, chaises de plage, planches à neige et parapluies. Chambre des maßtres avec lit king size et télévision à écran plat, 2Úme chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et un nouveau canapé-lit en cuir dans la salle familiale, avec nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme Queen. Laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine et salle de bains rénovée! Internet, de deux TV écran plat. Situé au sud des montagnes russes (Ensenada Court), au bord de la plage. Une place de parking dans notre abri voiture.

I ask guests to wash the towels they are done with, to help housekeeper because of time. Wash/dry as much as possible, do not fold. No stress!

Really great! Parking is kind of tight, we had a mini van and it was a bit of a dance to back in each time. The house was clean, lots of beach toys, the neighborhood was great.

Stay was great. Location was great. Steps to the beach and other amenities. Fairly easy drive to other places in town too. Overall enjoyable experience. Parking is right so don't take a big SUV or truck.

What an absolute 5 star listing. The ocean and the bay both a few steps away. Great food within walking distance. Perfect and quiet little court and courtyard. Susie has the condo labeled with little notes with tips and tricks for all the amenities and the check-in / checkout are easy and fast. would recommend this stay looking for a fun, quiet, relaxing beach stay with tons to do and eat just short walks away.

Once again our staying at Sunny Courtside House didn't disappoint! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, and having access to the bikes was a huge plus. Susan was very responsive when I contacted her and she checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying at their lovely home. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great spot with super easy access to the beach and several restaurants. There was a ton of beach supplies in the garage which was a nice plus! We had some trouble with the wifi but the host was quick to respond and try to fix the issue. Note if you rent a car is the parking spot is TIGHT. We had some trouble finding the alley as we didn't see a street sign and it was late but overall a good stay.

It was a nice place and the host was very helpful but all 3 beds were very uncomfortable. One person in the group ended up sleeping on the couch because they were so uncomfortable. It looks like mattresses were placed on a cot like base with no box spring. Also, the parking barely fit our Honda CRV. It was difficult to exit the passenger side door.

Great location and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen knives were nicely sharpened which was a great bonus as we did a lot of cooking! Owners were responsive. Will definitely book again.

This is our 3rd year staying at this place. It works so well for me, my husband and daughter as we drive from Las Vegas. We then pick up my mom who flies in from Tucson.Thanks for having beach towels and beach chairs along with other beach stuff for us to use. Also it was very helpful having shampoo and soap in each bathroom.Very good time again. Thanks :)

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Near the beach and all activities. It was such a lovely place with an amazing patio. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Nice location

Note: there is no dishwasher at this property. We missed this detail when reserving. The beds were also very uncomfortable. A big plus for this property is the location! Close to Belmont Park and the beach which we loved.

Great location!

Loved the layout and amenities. Location can’t be beat. We did have 2 small children with us (18 months and 2 years 3 months old. It is not “child proof” so just heads up. Gates on patio do not lock and there is no gate from front of property to the back so little ones could not be contained in the patio area and could get out to front of property on the Main Street. Other than that it is a great place and we would definitely re book!

great stay

Property is great location to everything we wanted to do- 15-20 minutes drive to downtown, La Jolla, Cabrillo National Monument. Kitchen is well stocked. Appreciated the beach towels and beach toys. Parking spot is tight. The place next to us, routinely had 3 cars parked in their space, causing their cars to cross the parking lines into our spot. They also parked horizontally in their space, which made being able to swing around to get in and out difficult. No fault of our property owner. We had a midsize SUV. Anything larger and I don’t think we would have been able to get in and out. That being said. property as described. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again

Perfect location

House location could not be more perfect! Perfect size for us, clean and well stocked with everything you need. The bikes were great and we used the beach chairs regularly. Sitting on the patio reading, working, having a cup of coffee was lovely. We would stay here again!
