This well-presented holiday home is set on a quiet terraced street, just 300 metres from Ambleâs vibrant town centre with welcoming pubs, cosy cafĂ©s, restaurants, and independent shops. The working harbour and Little Shore beach and pier are a short 700-metre stroll away, perfect for leisurely walks, ice cream by the sea, or exploring the local maritime atmosphere.
Inside the property is a large living room, complete with a cosy gas wood-burning stove, offering a warm and inviting space to unwind after a day of exploring. The stylish kitchen/diner is fully equipped for cooking up delicious meals. Ideal for families, couples, or friends, the house comfortably sleeps up to five guests in three bedrooms: a comfy super king, a double, and a flexible third room with sofa bed, which also doubles as a home office for those needing to work remotely. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with bath and separate shower. Up to three dogs are welcome, and with a small, enclosed rear yard and just a short walk to The Braid, a wide, grassy area perfect for dog walks, itâs a haven for pet owners.
