Upon request, this sofa bed can accommodate an additional two guests, ensuring everyone has a cosy spot to rest.

At the heart of our abode lies a warm and inviting kitchen space, complete with a generously sized dining table, ideal for savouring a delicious home-cooked meal or engaging in lively conversations with loved ones.

Descend the winding staircase to discover the tranquil double bedrooms, where you can hang up your jackets and snuggle under the duvet with a captivating book in hand.

Step through time in the well-lit hallway draped in historical images of the Bristol to unveil the pièce de résistance – a spacious south-facing deck area, littered with olive trees. Our ground floor offers added convenience with a laundry room and modern bathroom, ensuring your comfort is never compromised during your stay. Guests will have the entire flat to themselves. There are two parking spaces at the back of the property (please park on the right hand side). Follow the stairs onto the balcony and then into the property via your private entrance.
