EntourĂ©e d'autres maisons de luxe, cette maison familiale de deux Ă©tages est situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtïżœïżœ de la plage. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© conçue en pensant aux rassemblements familiaux, de la grande cuisine et des zones de rassemblement aux suites privĂ©es. Il y a 4 chambres chacune avec une salle de bain privĂ©e, plus une chambre supplĂ©mentaire. Profitez de la plage privĂ©e de Henlopen Acres, parcourez les rues calmes et ombragĂ©es Ă  vĂ©lo, promenez-vous ou nagez dans le parc du cap Henlopen, ou assoyez-vous simplement sur le toit-terrasse pour admirer l'ocĂ©an. Il y a un parking hors rue pour 6 voitures ou plus.

It is a short walk to the beach and sits on a large lot in a natural setting with lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and shady and suitable for walking or biking and yet is convenient to downtown Rehobeth. The house suits our needs and all the small improvements and repairs we suggested last year were made for this year. We hope to return and continue our family tradition for many more years.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at this house for years because we love the location. This year there were 3 pages of rules and regulations that were sent prior to our arrival, which were not welcoming. Upon arrival it was obvious that one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the toilet was covered with mold. We think an entire room was missed in the cleaning process. Also, each year we mention that the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it has not been fixed. The house works really well for us, and we love the beach. We just wish we felt more welcomed in the neighborhood. We love Rehoboth.

September vacation in Rehobeth Beach

Property suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to beach, short drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Nice backyard for kids to play. Would recommend for family vacations We were blessed to have 4 generations gather there and everyone loved the house.
