Nice condo and resort.

Condo is in great shape, communication with owner was great. Quick response and very helpful. Spent the week and experienced no issues. The resort is great two pools and hot tubs, the tiki bar and Bikini Bob's are nice to have on hand and I was surprised that the quality of food was a lot better than I expected. Overall I can highly recommend staying here. Infact I am confirming the dates and planning to go ahead and book for next year.

Summit

Ideal location, restaurants within walking distance. The property was well kept and felt safe at all times. Our condo was so well equipped it made it easy to prepare food. The bed was comfortable and living room was cosy. The balcony was large with a great view of the ocean and pool area. Communication with owmer wad great. Loved our stay!

Overall, the condo was nice. Here are a few things that need to be repaired: the toilet kept getting stopped up and had to be plunged after each use, the ice maker did not work and the AC unit was very loud when running.

Great view but limited amenities

Our unit provided what we needed for our stay with the exception of storage space for clothes for a month. There was lots of noise upstairs in the evenings. It would have been nice if the Tiki bar had been open. Repairs from the hurricane prevented the use of the shuffleboard ct., Bikini Bobs, as well as the pools . Overall we enjoyed our stay

BFF GIRLS YEARLY GET A WAY!!!

I was very pleased with unit 426! Especially liked the little extras. Such as the clothes hamper in bath room and towel rack on balcony. The weather was absolutely perfect and the view was spectacular!!! The only problem that I had was that the week went to quickly!!! Would recommend this unit to everyone. Teens were noisy a few nights but security quickly took care of them!! Very impressed!! Thank you for renting to me. Hope to be able to go back soon!!!! Joyce Pounds

Beach life is the best

I’ve been coming to the Summit for 30 years. This unit was nicely remodeled and I loved the floors! The unit was clean and well stocked. Thank you for the week of beach time, I wish I didn’t have to come home.

Best vacation

This condo was great! Very clean, comfortable and close to many attractions. The property itself was clean and professional! We loved being able to sit pool side or go to the beach! 2 “bar/restaurants” on property. Great drink specials and affordable snacks/sandwiches . Staff was 100% hardworking and cares about the guest! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more - very quiet several nights there was a dj/live musi etc pool side but once we closed balcony door we didn’t hear anything or surrounding neighbors . While on the balcony very seldom did we hear others on their balcony’s ! The view was amazing! We rode jet skis on property and staff there were fun and helpful ! Overall this was the best vacation ever! We will be back !

426 at The Summit

Booked 426 at the Summit because we needed a week on the beach at a reasonable price. We had forgotten it was spring break. Had a nice little efficiency with the balcony overlooking the beach the pools and the ocean. It was very nice, clean, well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. Even though it was spring break, everyone was very nice It wasn’t as crowded as we anticipated.We would return.

We booked a very last minute stay. The owner of the condo was VERY good with communication and promptness. The condo had MANY extra things in it for us to use and it was so nice to have on hand! Nice place to stay

Overall, very nice and clean place. There is a little bit of an old musty smell in the room but that is due to the humidity. Elevators were tough to catch at times, but overall we really enjoyed our time in PCB and would definitely go back again.

Nice overall, had been updated since pics, fun place

Pictures in add were old. Unit had been updated since pictures so glad for that. Looked like was doing drywall before we arrived, because there was some loose trim and drywall dust that hadn't been cleaned up. Overall, pools and outdoor hot tub was great. Right on the beach. Game room and indoor hot tub closed for renovations. Some of the people staying in unit were a little sketchy, but we had a great time. Unit could use a deep cleaning. Corners and ceilings were dirty. Bathroom areas needed wiped down better. Dishes in cabinets and cabinets/drawers need cleaned. Otherwise, unit was nice. Didn't have any difficulties with anything not working. For price, it was well worth it for the week. Kids had a great time! Was less than 5 minutes from Walmart if we needed anything. Could walk to get pizza, ice cream, other souvenir shops. Was right across from go-karts, Slingshot, and Vomitron. Beach area not as crowded which was great. Thank you and would rent again from this owner.
