Very disappointing experience and not as advertised. Unfortunately, this property was not at all what was advertised, and my clients’ experience was extremely disappointing from the moment they arrived. I am a travel advisor representing the guests, and I made numerous attempts to contact both the property owner and property management company throughout their stay to address the issues. Photos and videos documenting the conditions were provided. Upon arrival, the building was actively under construction, with garbage and dust throughout the entryways and hallways. The conditions were so dusty that both the guests and their luggage became covered in dust simply from entering the building. There was also a strong odor from the garbage. None of the construction, excessive dust, garbage, or odor was disclosed prior to booking. The apartment itself also had cleanliness issues upon arrival and required a cleaning crew to come in after the guests checked in—something that should have been addressed before their arrival. While the apartment was subsequently cleaned, the garbage and conditions in the common areas were not addressed. There was also an issue with the advertised air conditioning that was brought to management’s attention, but we received no meaningful response or resolution. Most concerning was the terrace door. The door had a broken lock, meaning the guests had no reliable way to secure their belongings or the apartment through the terrace. My clients were traveling with their three daughters and understandably felt very uncomfortable and unsafe knowing that the terrace could not be properly secured. This safety concern was reported and was never adequately addressed. What was especially frustrating was the lack of meaningful communication or accountability from the property management. Despite repeated attempts to escalate these concerns, there was no appropriate apology or satisfactory resolution. Based on the actual condition of the property, this is not what we would consider a luxury apartment. The property felt old and poorly maintained, and the condition of the building and common areas was completely inconsistent with how the property was represented. The experience was made even more disappointing by the fact that these issues were not disclosed before arrival. The previous reviews did not prepare us for the conditions my clients encountered. I would not recommend this property and would strongly encourage future guests to confirm

Was für ein fantastischer Ort! Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Schritte vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Die Lounge war gemütlich, und wir haben es sehr genossen, am Tisch zu speisen und dabei den Blick über die Stadt zu genießen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettwäsche frisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment Terrace Trocadero war ein Genuss! Die Klimaanlage sorgte im Sommer für angenehme Kühle, und der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Stadt war atemberaubend. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zum Kinderspiel wurde. Ich kann es jedem Paris-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen!
