Bel appartement Haussmanien de 5 pièces avec moulures et parquet. Grand double living. Fenêtres double vitrage. Grande cuisine très bien équipée. 3 grandes chambres dont une sur cour. Confortable et cosy à deux pas de la rue Cler, une rue piétonne très animée. Cet appartement spacieux et joliment décoré est très bien situé dans un des quartier les plus résidentiels de la Capitale. Proche des quais, des Invalides, du Grand Palais, du musée du quai Branly et du champs de Mars, vous pourrez profiter de tous les attraits de la vie parisienne. L'appartement se situe au 3ème étage avec ascenseur.

Spacious Paris apartment in ideal location

The apartment was perfect for my family of four. It's an ideal location in Paris with plenty of space for a family of four with 2 teenagers who prefer their own rooms.

Terrific access to Metro and Trains. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Comfortable beds and chairs. Fully functional dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator. Large windows throughout that can be opened easily. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

GREAT location!

Beautiful apartment in great location.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Very convenient location which allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment was very roomy and was perfect for 6 people. However, the bus stop is so close and easy to navigate as well.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The apartment was in a great location and much larger than we expected. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. My 15 year old LOVED the piano in the house and would play it whenever we were home. We were able to easily walk to the Eiffel tower. We also walked to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but was repaired by the time we left. We ran into another problem during our stay, but Marisa went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and that we had everything that we needed. Both Marisa and Valerie were very responsive. Next time we’re in Paris we will stay here again.

Well appointed properly

The property was well appointed, spacious, and at a great location. Owner was responsive and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Amsterdam.

Beautiful stay!!!

We had three couples in this apartment and it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. You won’t regret booking this unit I hope to visit again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

A terrific stay

The apartment had the perfect location for us near metro stations and the Eiffel Tower Plenty of restaurants close 6 people teens to seniors 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths Full kitchen washer and dryer (you have to empty the dryer water trap when full) never used one before-great for us to wash clothes for another week Very spacious

A beautiful apartment

A lovely apartment close to the Eiffel tower and a charming market street. Unfortunately during our stay there were very noisy neighbours above us who created a lot of noise throughout our 5 night stay, and renovations below us which involved hammering and drilling. However I believe this was just circumstances. The property owner was very helpful to me, I had a dental emergency and she booked me in with a specialist and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great family vacation

We had a great time - the apartment was even bigger and more beautiful than we expected. Plenty of room for six people. It is right in the middle of the 7th, around the corner from Rue Cler and many good bistros, and just a short walk to the river and Eiffel Tower (which you can see from the front windows). Really delightful stay

Our group of 6 really enjoyed the apartment and the more we got to know the neighbourhood, the more we enjoyed it. The apartment is tasteful and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is really pleasant, with minimal tourist traffic. The shops, boulangeries etc seem mainly to cater to the local residents. It’s a very welcoming place to come back to after the inevitable crowds elsewhere.

Beautiful home in a great location

This beautiful apartment makes you feel like you are staying in a good friend’s home. It has interesting and lovely decor along with a large living room and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. We loved the windows in all the rooms. The location is perfect and does not feel touristy, even though you can peek out the French doors and see the Eiffel Tower. The nearby Rue Cler Market is fun as well as nice restaurants down the street. Our family of 5 loved every minute of our stay and thank Valerie for sharing her home.
