Perfect for a family get away

The two house concept was exactly right for our family stay. Each home was perfect! We could spend time together and take breaks as needed, dogs were welcome, and location was close to shopping and restaurants. Spent each afternoon playing cornhole and in the pool.

Luxurious Family Getaway

Came to town for a family wedding. Two houses gave our 3 families plenty of space to catch up but also spend some quiet time on our own. Loved the close proximity to Scottsdale, community center & parks. Spent most of our time enjoying the two pools & cooking/grilling in—it’s just easier with young kids! Would definitely rent again!

Perfect family reunion homes!

My adult siblings and their families live all across the country - this was the perfect place to get together for the Thanksgiving holiday! The pool was perfect for young and old alike - the hot tub was perfect after hiking camelback! Close to everything, including a park! Very safe neighborhood and absolutely stunning homes!! We’re considering making this an annual tradition :)

Amazing pair of houses. Perfect for large groups or just a group who wants to have separate areas to go to.The hosts were fantastic and communication was great for the few questions we had. Both houses are beautiful. Interiors feel brand new and really spacious. Pools are great. Plenty of kitchenware, towels, bedding, blankets, and pool supplies so you really do not need to bring anything.Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to plenty of grocery and restaurant options.

We could not have been happier with our accommodations!!

We had 12 adults and rented both of the properties - it worked out perfectly. The houses are very well maintained and stocked with more amenities then we could have asked for. The kitchens had everything we needed and then some. The layout of the houses provided more then enough room for all of us and guests. The owners are so friendly and accommodating - what a pleasure they were to work with. We will be back!!

Above all expectation

Phenomenal set up and location! Both houses were immaculate and had every amenity you could imagine (even corn hole). I cannot say enough about how happy we were staying and watching baseball and cooking out. We would come back in a second! Owners are over the top helpful and considerate.

Great & comfortable stay!

The homes feel very spacious and welcoming. There was plenty of space for extended family to spread out and be comfortable. Both homes were very clean and nicely decorated. Most importantly (in my book) the rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a rental. The location of the homes is also great. Walking distance to a park and everything you need witching a few short miles. We had a minor issue with a leak and the owner was out in no time to fix and was very kind.

Perfect Setup for a Large Group

We had a fantastic long weekend to celebrate a birthday. Both houses are well set up for large groups & conveniently located across the street from each other for easy access for the group activities. The houses were clean & had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the pools & outdoor space at both houses. The access to Old Town via golf carts was perfect & we didn't need to rent a car. We would rent one or both of the houses again in the future!

One of the best experiences we have ever had. The property was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We loved the pool area and the house was very spacious. Cute and welcoming front porch. A lot of attention to detail inside the house and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the guest experience and convenience. Would definitely rent again if the need arises. (We did rent both properties across the street from each other and other family members stayed in the other. That one was super nice as well. Highly recommended if you need a large space for multiple people.)

We had So much fun and the properties were beautiful

The pictures of thus property do not do it justice. Both house looked like they were decorated professionally and the eminities were first class. The homeowners stocked the fridge with water and drinks to get us started and some delicious snacks. The location was centrally located to sight see and or do just about anything you might want to do. We never traveled more than 20 minutes away to most of our adventures. So many restaurants to try wish we would have been there longer to try a few more. All we tried were wonderful. The pool was just the right size and we spent a lot of time enjoying the patio and pool area. The hot tub was a gray size for the 6 of us. We did not use it much because of the excessive heat. The pool was much more enticing. Any time we had questions about the property homeowner Maryann responded either immediately or within a few minutes. Anyone who rents this property will truly enjoy the experience.

GREAT Location, Great pair of houses!

We came in for a family reunion. It was great having 2 houses right across the street. We found both houses fully equipped. Worked out great that one had a pool and the other a Spa. Plus the house themes were so different. we could fit everyone at the table in either house. We could spread out and not be on top of each other. Made for a very comfortable stay!
