This beautiful apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern building, with elevator and private garage, just 100 meters from the viewpoint of Senhora do Monte, offering a sublime panorama of the city and the Tagus.
Perfectly equipped for 4 people, you will stay in a modern, bright and tastefully decorated space, close to the center of Graça and its authentic restaurants and shops.

During your stay in this apartment, in the heart of the historical district of Graça, you'll find a large living room with dining table and workspace, a large flat screen tv with over 100 international channels. For your comfort Wifi and Air conditioning are available throughout the accommodation.

The sleeping arrangement consists of a master double bedroom and a bedroom with two very spacious single beds, with storage.

The independent kitchen, is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer. It has an iron, hair dryer. We supply linens and hygiene products.

Within walking distance, there are numerous restaurants, wine bars, cafés/brunch bars; the old and the new live together in harmony!

With a beautiful panorama of the city located on the Senhora do Monte, the highest hill in Lisbon, you will be delighted to have booked your apartment so close!

The apartment was very clean and had excellent views. There were shops and dining within walking distance and a beautiful overlook where we could see the sunset over the city every night. Communication with the host was excellent.

Lovely neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay in Graça. The neighborhood has a lot to offer- many places to eat and shop. The apartment is almost at the very top of one of the high hills so be prepared to do a lot of walking up hills and steps and then down.

Lisbon comfort

Bright, sunny, nice bed. The guy that gave us the keys and checked us in was so nice and helpful. He helped with the luggage, told us where to find things ( grocery store). We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great apartment--lots of light from the windows. Marta was terrific letting us in early in the afternoon. We loved being so close to grocery shopping and to the tram.

Really Nice Apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. This apartment was lovely. Clean and light with great views. The location was perfect for easy access to groceries, transportation and the old town. We enjoyed the sunset from the nearby park. The apartment was perfect for two couples and very comfortable. We have already referred friends to this listing. Jose was very kind in helping us park our car and get settled so a big thank you to him.

Would recommend this property

This was a good property to stay at. Spacious, bright, fresh and clean. And a comfortable bed. Quiet street at night (apart from the dog in the property on the ground floor that woke us up with its barking at 3.30am for a good 10 minutes on the last morning - that was the only negative point). On a street just about 100m down from the best/highest lookout point in Lisbon. Nice neighbourhood, not too touristy. Good range of pastry cafes and a small selection of restaurants nearby.

Great location! Listing pics spot on!

We really enjoyed our 7 day stay in this nicely furnished apartment. Our concern was trying to get the water warm, on a consistent basis to take a shower in the master bathroom. None of the insruction manuels were in English for the major appliances. I suggest a light for outside the building to make it easier to see the lock when trying to enter at night rather than coming on AFTER you get in. With those few flaws, the view was breathtaking and location convenient to walk or grab an Uber.

Our first week in Portugal.

Check in was good. Microwave and AC did not work. Maintenance fixed it. Clothes washer did not work. Maintenance fixed it. Instructions said to push a button to dry clothes. Didn’t work. We were then told that there is no dryer although instructions said otherwise. WIFI instructions were also incorrect. Only one towel per person for a week with no dryer? Was told to “put the towel in the sun” and with only one drying rack we were afraid to wash much. Drain in master BR shower stopped up and floor floods. No information on the town, neighborhood was left for us. Door key very difficult to use. Won’t even mention the tiny space in parking garage, one reason we picked this place. Two dishwashing pods? It’s like their supplies were being rationed. Charge a little more and make it comfortable.

The property was as described. The apartment was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were excellent. I liked the location (not in the extremely busy part of the city) 1/2 block from the best view of the city. I must say that for the money it was the best VRBO I have stayed in. Just make sure you don't have a large car and make sure you get full insurance (You will see what I mean using the garage).

Casa amplia, confortable y con garaje

El apartamento está en uno de los puntos más altos de Lisboa, al lado del mirador de Nª Sra do Monte, desde donde hay unas magníficas vistas. Aunque situado en una de las zona más antiguas, el edificio es moderno, y la casa es amplia y luminosa. Tiene plaza de garaje propia, muy importante en Lisboa. La cocina es bastante grande con mesa para poder comer y desayunar. El salón también, con una TV enorme. Dormitorios con amplios armarios. A dos minutos hay una parada del tranvía 28. El personal de la agencia muy amable.
