The location was ideal for being walkable to a lot of the neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Very near a lot of restaurants and shopping and the river.

Great place for location! Do know that there are three levels of steps to the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for elderly travellers. Otherwise, our arrival and stay were perfect.

Some people won't want to climb the stairs, but the climb was well worth it for us. Our host greeted us in person and helped with the bags. It is centrally located so we could walk to almost all the major sights in Lisbon. We are several meals on the balcony and sat out until the sun went down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and very much appreciated the help with our bags when we arrived! Location was amazing, the flat was well equipped and we will certainly stay again if we are blessed to return to Lisbon!

The check in process could’ve been a little more clear in terms of where the actual property was located inside of the building. The beds were slightly uncomfortable - very firm. Some of the towels and sheets had small stains on them. The WiFi didn’t cover the entire house, really only the main living room.The view from the balcony was great. The proximity to where you’d want to go in Lisbon while visiting is also great. It was nice that the property had a fully functional kitchen along with a clothes washer.

Perfect spot to stay while visiting and exploring Lisbon! We loved the location. The only tricky part was bringing up our luggage to the 4th floor, but our host came to the rescue!

Good location. Chiado is a nice part of town. It's near many other nice neighbourhoods as well. An apartment building, but no elevator, which seems to be common there(?), so just a heads up if you have lots of luggage. You'll have to bring it all up over many flights of stairs. The space itself is nice and is as advertised, with exception that it's not technically oceanfront. It'd be an almost 10 minute walk down to the waterfront, which is not far.It was nice to have breakfast on the penthouse terrace. Some of the wooden boards on the deck need to be re-secured, but that's minor. A very comfortable and livable space that's well stocked. Friendly and responsive host.

The property is in an excellent location. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace allows you to spend time outside. The downside is it is on the 4th floor (American) and it is a walk up. Very relaxing place.

The place was nice and spacious, lots of room for the four of us and very clean. The balcony is big and we spent every night out there relaxing and enjoying the ambience. The host was communicative and available by text if we ever needed anything. Check in and check out was smooth. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a very spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Lisbon. It is on the third floor so works off some of the custard tarts going in and out. The kitchen is probably one of the most well equipped holiday rentals we have stayed in, and the balcony is lovely. The shower rooms are modern with beautiful walk in showers. Just to be aware if you are tall you will be lucky to avoid banging your head on the low bits of ceilings you get in a loft apartment, and you will probably trip over the thresholds in between rooms at least once! I would have given it a higher rating but for the mattress in the main bedroom which we found very hard and uncomfortable. I know different people like different beds but there is virtually no give or support, we didn't sleep well and were aching every morning. Such a shame in a lovely modern apartment. There is also only a fine voile type material over the windows in the bedroom so no light blocking at night. We did really enjoy our stay in Lisbon, but it would have been nice to get some better sleep.

Apartment was spacious and bright - house plants were a very nice touch-felt homey. The location and the terrace were 2 main attractive features and very happy with both. Great view from the terrace. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The room single bed is on the small side for an adult. Overall very happy with this apartment for our family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay in the Chiado penthouse. The location was great and we loved having patio balcony that could seat all four of us. The beds and rooms were comfortable. We didn’t mind the four story walk up. After all, Lisbon is city of hills. Location is great and the street itself is quiet, although there is some construction next door but it was during the day when we were out and about. I would recommend this apartment, particularly for a family or group of friends.
