Captain's Quarters est un bungalow cottage récemment rénové mais classique avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Le quartier des capitaines vous donne une sensation intime grâce aux radiateurs ouverts restaurés, aux planchers de bois franc étincelants, aux boiseries d'origine et à l'entrée voûtée de la salle à manger formelle. Vous serez ramené dans le temps, mais avec des mises à jour modernes!
Ce bungalow offre tous les logements et chambres sur un étage! La spacieuse cuisine entièrement équipée a des appareils en acier inoxydable, un coin cuisine donnant sur les jardins, et beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour vous permettre de cuisiner un repas ou commander à emporter et servir à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur! Trois chambres doubles avec couettes et draps raffinés, 2 salles de bain, salle à manger formelle, cheminée, salon et buanderie entièrement équipée pour votre confort


Une véranda couverte a beaucoup de sièges pour vous détendre après votre journée en ville et profiter de l'un de vos vins récemment achetés de l'un des meilleurs vignobles du Niagara. La cour arrière est un espace privé et tranquille pour que vous puissiez profiter avec vos amis et votre famille.

Captain's Quarters est situé dans un emplacement privilégié, à quelques pas du golf, des restaurants, des boutiques et du célèbre Shaw Festival Theatre. Beaucoup de stationnement.

La piscine communautaire se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et est ouverte de la mi-juin au week-end de la fête du Travail. Il y a un tarif journalier pour la piscine communautaire!

It was such a quaint place and close to everything! There were 5 adults staying at Captains Quarters. We loved the large front veranda where we spent our evenings. The living spaces were comfortable and dining area was large and comfortable for all of us. Highly recommend this property

This is the perfect location in NOL, just steps from the Main Street, theatres, and Hendricks grocery store. The property was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed this 100 year old property. Sitting on the veranda watching the world go by in the evening, was the perfect end to our busy days exploring the area or attending the Shaw Festival.A lovely home from home!

Communication with the host was terrible. We were traveling and I called 3 times to get the door code. I had to call VRBO each time and the host said they were going to e mail it to me. I never received it. The day of arrival I again had to call VRBO to get the code. VRBO could not reach the host on the emergency contact number. The host finally called me sitting at the home. The phone number listed on the VRBO site to contact the host is NOT a working number. That needs to be corrected. The shower stall and the tub are both very dangerous. They are extremely slippery. Handrails need to be installed and possible have a floor mat available.The house, the location, and the setting are all excellent. We definitely plan on a return visit. Niagara on the Lake is a hidden treasure.,Thank You, Terry Basham and friends

Jason is a real estate salesperson specializing in vacation, second home and investment properties. Elsie Mae is an accredited sommelier. She can let you know about the local wineries and wine industry.
