Sanibel North! Située au bord de l'eau, cette maison de vacances rénovée offre une vue ininterrompue sur 4 saisons et un accès au bord de l'eau le long de la rivière Niagara. Tout cela et à seulement 5 minutes à pied des magasins, des restaurants et du théâtre de la rue Queen!

L'âge minimum du client principal responsable de la maison parce qu'il l'a réservée est d'au moins 25 ans.

Victoria Day in Niagara On The Lake

Nous avons adorés l'emplacement de cette maison adossée au bord du lac Ontario et à distance de marche du magnifique village de NOL par le sentier qui longe le lac!La maison est très bien située dans un secteur paisible et l'aménagement du terrain offre une magnifique vue sur des arbres matures et sur le lac Ontario!

The location of this home is excellent, short drive or walk to the little town of Niagra-on-the-lake which is so pretty and has great shops and restaurants. It's also close to many top wineries that we visited.The home is very spacious and was comfortable for our group of 4 ladies. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area for our coffees in the morning and happy hours in the afternoons.

The house is beautiful. Large rooms with plenty of room for 6 adults to live comfortably. Outstanding views of the river! And most importantly, an easy walk to shops and restaurants. So much to do with wineries a short drive away and of course the Shaw theatres for a play. We are already talking about another visit and stay at the Sanibel North house.

We had an amazing vacation at NOTL, and enjoyed the house very much. The best feature was it's location on the river - just across the yard to the water, and the walking trail along the lakeshore. It was so relaxing sitting outside enjoying the setting and the incredible weather we had while there. The house was well equipped with everything you'd need for cooking, and the living room is very spacious for family gatherings. One thing I heard complaints from the family about was the beds weren't comfortable in the guest rooms - it looks like the mattresses and box springs are very old and uncomfortable. Also the springs were broken in several of the windows upstairs, so the windows slammed shut at night, which scared the heck out of us! Outside of those issues, the house was perfect for our family vacation.

What a perfect place! We absolutely LOVED this house! Although the indoor of the home was just wonderful, we spent most of our time in the yard, which overlooked the lake. It was incredibly peaceful and just perfect!

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was all that we needed as far as space and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach and a park were at the end of the street and town was conveniently close by, too, which made it so much easier to walk than worry about parking. There were plenty of shops in town to enjoy and the local restaurants were all very good and with a golf course, wineries, and the beach all so nearby, there was plenty to do and hold our attention during our stay. It's a beautiful home and a beautiful area.

Location of property is convenient to walking to town and views are spectacular. Many activities are easily accessible . Hiking, wineries and Niagara Falls are very near. Back of house(outdoor area) needs some TLC and cleaning. Outlet in kitchen was missing plate cover.Overall the experience was wonderful and my family would rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful view. It was chilly while we there so a fire pit on patio would have been nice. We all thought the beds were very hard and while the house was nice, it definitely could use a little TLC. Screen door to patio was very hard to open and close and the house had a musty smell.
