This is a spacious, fully renovated, colourful home with multiple sitting areas, including a “retreat” on the upper level to get away from it all! The retreat offers a comfortable lounging area with an electric fireplace, and full bathroom with soaker tub. Enjoy a private evening in the retreat with a glass of Niagara-on-the-Lake finest wine with your loved one by the fire. Or enjoy a quiet time alone, reading your favourite book!



On the main floor, there are 3 King bedrooms – all with full walk-in shower ensuites. Along with an additional half bath. Not one, not two, but 3 different seating areas. Enjoy them together, or spread out and experience each room’s individual, colourful personality!



Prepare a meal for everyone in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wood topped island. Laundry area is tucked away in the corner of the kitchen. The kitchen includes:



Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee and tea to get you started.

Sugar packets, salt, and pepper

Microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher

Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths

Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets



Outside, relax on the back porch with your morning coffee and a good book. Enjoy your meals in the back yard with a gas BBQ during the warmer months!



Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are also provided.
