Welcome to SeaSpray - a stunning 3 bedroom cottage with balcony to 2 double bedrooms and panoramic seaviews of Filey Bay!

SeaSpray is located in a quiet area of The Bay directly onto a large grass area and near the beach path, Cleveland Way and the village pub / pool. One of only a handful of 3 bedroom properties with seaview and balcony this is a special property!
Both the dining and living areas seat six and enjoy expansive sea views. Bifold doors open across the full width of the house onto an exclusive patio with a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into a modern fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and Tassimo Coffee Machine (bring your own pods).There is a separate downstairs wc and a newly fitted shower (unique to this property type) as well as an additional freezer in the hallway cupboard.

Upstairs there are 3 cosy bedrooms with all beds having mattress enhancers for extra comfort. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Both double bedrooms have double patio doors opening onto a decked balcony with tables and chairs with a glassed frontage to take advantage of the fabulous sea views stretching from Filey Brigg to Bempton cliffs. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over as well as a twin room to the front of the property (ideal for children).

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Fantastic position

Probably one of the best positions on The Bay. Lovely large lounge/kitchen diner. We did find one of the settees very low (for a 78 year old!!). 3 bedrooms. 2 with super sea views. 3rd with 2 x single beds. One of the bedrooms seemed to have a bedframe which you couldn't help stubbing your toes on. Parking was ok, but abit tight. Having said that, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this lovely property.

10/10 – Excellent

Perfect in every way

Had the most wonderful stay at SeaSpray It was very clean and comfortable with everything you need provided. The location is perfect with wonderful sea views. Having a coffee on the balcony in a morning is just heavenly. The extra freezer was just perfect for me my little Westie needs a special diet which I make. I was able to take it all with me and freeze it. The property’s been furnished and equipped with love you can just feel the property owners love SeaSpray. I would highly recommend. I’m certainly booking SeaSpray again soon as I have dates sorted. Thank you for a wonderful weeks holiday.

10/10 – Excellent

A lovely property with sea views

The property is in a great location with sea view and balcony which made it extra special. There is a lovely large grass area behind the property and also only a short walk to the pub/shop and beach access. There was ample seating inside the property in the lounge and dining area and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a washer dryer and dishwasher. The outside furniture was a little worn with being next to the sea and could do with replacing. Any questions we had were answered quickly through Anchor Bay holidays - they replied within minutes of receiving my email . We have stayed at The Bay a number of times and definitely plan to return.
